Where we were? Yes, we were after three relics to make Taro remember who he is and now Mr. Rusu started helping me with a new weapon which is just awesome. After the training session, Rusu sent me to clear the corruption around his house to discover the first relic out of three.
That's where I bid goodbye to Rusu as I was going towards his house to clear the corruption and he warned me about finding corruption on the path ahead and he suggested my bow should help clear the way.
I had a long way to climb up on the mountain but going below was easier as there were these slippery slope and suddenly I reached a corruption patrol area where some enemies tried to stop me, so I had to fight them and this time, I used the bow in the fight.
I noticed the strange creature that's been hiding seeing me before, started to attack me though they were not coming close to me, they're only throwing shooting me with something from a far.
I had to purify the deadzone heart that was on the other side of the bridge using the Rot's and the bridge then got released for me and I used it to pass to the other side.
There was another big slope that took me directly to Rusu's house where I noticed some enemies were already waiting for me and those strange creatures were on most of the tree, ready to attack me., thought they didn't come close to me.
There was this big monster sleeping by the house that I noticed before but I didn't understand what it is till it wakes up to fight me. This is Wood Knight and it's the most strong enemy I've faced till now.
It's body shells were too strong that it was not losing a lot of health with my attacks but its attacks were draining good amount of Kena's health. But using Rot hammer on it worked well though I had to wait for the right time.
After killing the big enemy, I purified the deadzone heart that was corrupting this whole area and now this place got relieved from the corruption so Rusu came down and joined us.
There was this knife on a tree that Rusu made for Taro when he was a kid and it magically turned into a mask and flew to Kena's hand. Taro's knife is the first relic out of three that I just discovered. Rusu suggested we might find more relics hidden in the corruption of the Forgotten Forest so he left saying he'd find Kena there.
