Hello and Welcome back to my blog!

I have been enjoying Ghost of Tsushima lately. It is an open-world action-adventure game with some stealth elements but the most striking thing about it is its visuals. I fell in love with the world they created. I love the main story too but the side quests feel a bit repetitive after a while. I am not going to review the game, will do it later after I have finished the game. Today, I will just showcase its beauty.
The game has one of the best photo modes I have experienced with so many options like changing the wind speed, weather conditions, time of the day, particles etc.

One of my favorite places is the Pampas grasslands which are spread in a lot of places. I have a lot of fun memories of using these tall grasses to take down Mongol patrols with stealth approaches.
(Did you spot the bear attack in the last shot? One of the Mongol soldiers was in the air when I captured it lol)
Along with the visuals, I appreciate the combat a lot. The standoff mechanic is so satisfying to pull off. You can challenge the soldiers and get an instant kill if you can time it well.
Raiding their strongholds and liberating those outposts feels like I am playing a Far Cry game with Swords and bows only. Sure, the enemy AI could be better but who cares when it feels this satisfying to do stealth attacks?
They did a great job with world-building and architecture. It is like exploring old villages of Japan and getting to know more about Japanese and Mongolian cultures with this conflict in the game.
The colours are vivid and sure they don't have a super realistic art style like Red Dead Redemption but it looks fine. The dynamic weather system makes it better too.
A day-night cycle and dynamic weather help the landscape to not get boring. At least not for me. And as you progress in the story more islands get unlocked with more varied terrain. I think I have seen a snowy area in the game in one of the promotional videos. So, there is a lot of variety for sure.
There are some beautiful locations in the game where you can go and compose Haiku. This is quite a unique touch to this game. I composed some terrible ones.
The game just gives you three options for every line you choose and you don't know what is the next option so something like this happens.
Watching over all
Cooling touch invigorates
A new beginning
Before you judge me on this, it was my first Haiku. lol
I love the Farmlands! I am proud of the next shot. So, damn beautiful! Sometimes every frame looks like a well-made painting.
This watch tower shot turned out to be great too. Love how there is almost no difference between the blue sky and the sea, giving me a nice contrast to showcase this beautiful structure of the watch tower.
Whosever's job was to work on lights and colours did a great job, especially on the landscapes. This was during a sunrise on a clear sky where I found just one red-leafed tree in a forest of yellow and golden coloured trees and grasses. That would be a perfect subject for a picture as it attracts the eyes instantly due to the contrasting colours.
Let me know which shot was your favourite, mine was the mystical and foggy farmland one. You tell me yours in the comments. Also, I would love to hear your thoughts about this game...share those if you played it.
Thanks for reading...

The photos look very realistic bro. The developers look really great. This game can be played just to watch the scenery. I wanted to lie down in the pampas meadows and watch nature 😅
This is definitely my favourite scene. :))
I loved the photography of the farmland, I've never played it but it looks spectacular, I hope to soon have a super cool computer, to be able to play these types of games, greetings
I believe Ghost of Tsushima has the most breathtaking visuals in gaming. Its weather, fields, sunsets, hills everything looks so real.
The farmland photo you have taken is stunning.❤️
Wait wait is this still on sale (I see its not! I'll catch it next time)
You missed it by a day or so
I haven't played it yet but got close to as it was part of Playstation Plus Extra. However, the time comitment needed for games like this is just so high that I rarely get to experience them anymore. Great visuals though and maybe some day I get to experience it myself.
Maybe one day.
