Hope you are all safe and weekend holiday, I am Jyoti from India here I would like to share with you a recipe of crispy and spicy Kongunaadu Chicken Fry, Hope you like it.
Ingredients
❤ Chicken Leg pieces
❤ Edible Oil
❤ Chicken fry masala
❤ REd chili powder
❤ Garlic/Ginger paste
❤ Eggs
❤ Salt
❤ Turmeric powder
❤ Cornflour
❤ Lemon
❤ Oats
❤ Tomato sauce
Step1:
Take a bowl put the washed chicken leg pieces into the bowl and add ginger garlic paste and mix them well.
Step 2:
Add tomato sauce and lemon extract and mix them well.
Step3:
Add the required amount of salt, chicken fry masala, and turmeric powder and mix them well
Step4:
Take a plate add cornflour and oats mix them well for marinating to the chicken pieces
Step 5:
Take a bowl and break 4 eggs into ait and wick them well, dip the chicken pieces into the egg and marinate it with cornflour mixture and keep aside a few minutes.
Step 6:
Pu a Kadai on flame, add edible oil to heat, after heating the oil put the marinated chicken pieces one by one to fry and cook in the medium flame.
Now the Kongunaadu Chicken Fry is ready to eat, serve hot with any sauce. Try this recipe at your home with these easy steps.
