A long time has passed and this year we were hoping for Covid-19 to finally go away so we can enjoy our birthday's, But instead of Covid-19 going away it just became worse. We weren't going to let Covid take over our Enjoyment and so we decided to throw our Uncle a small party at our house.
First of all we went to a supermarket to get some stuff to prepare a cake for our uncle. We wanted to bake him a cake by our own hands instead of buying one. And so we left off to the supermarket in the morning and returned. After that we spent our day like we normally do. Then starting 6 PM we started making the cake. We did it in a rush but thanks to my sister who helped me, everything came out in perfect time. We made a chocolate cake with Chocolate whipped cream as our frosting. We weren't that good at making cake layers just yet so we decided to cover the cake with only one layer of frosting at the top. Here are the final results of the cake we made.
After some time of waiting, Our uncle arrived. It was finally time to cut the cake and see how the cake turned out on the inside and how it tasted.
We also bought him a gift, We got him a new Wallet from Khadims. He was very delighted with the gift. He said he would transfer all his stuff from the old wallet to the new one once he had time. I will be sure to ask him next time if he did it or not 😁.
After all this the party was finally finished, My mom, me and some other family members talked some stuff over tea. And he finally left for his home. This was surely a day to remember, We also hope Covid-19 to be gone by the 2022 so we can finally enjoy our birthdays outside! Thanks for reading!

Indeed covid 19 has deprived many enjoyments, felicitations and celebrations. Families are caged far away from each other.
However, here in Nigeria, Africa, it's not as stiff as I read of other places. Celebrations have begun though not elaborate. The freedom to mingle is no more restricted though in the midst of multitude, one is expected to wear his or her facemask.
@shreyansh thanks for celebrating your uncle's birthday despite the virus.
