The world is getting more and more globalized with every single day that is passing and the different types of people that live all around the world is something that makes it a very good combination of a lot of things because there is a lot of difference and the cultural difference makes it up opportunity that is going to be having the concepts like diversity and inclusion to be having most important as these principles are going to be shaping the future as well as also be serving as the foundation stones for society is that are going to promote values like equality.
Diversity is present in almost every setting All Around The World because it is going to be something that includes a lot of things which can have cultural differences as well as the social economic background can be a difference in a lot of people as well as religion race as well as even gender is also a factor and all of these things are going to be representing differences and the ability to respect all of these differences is something that we all need to be understanding doing as well.
We all need to practice inclusion a lot because it is going to create a very healthy environment for everyone to feel safe and heard even if in the absence of any kind of peer pressure that is going to be the best environment that one can get. Without any stigma providing respect to every single person regardless of their background is going to make them feel more comfortable and welcome to equal opportunities which will in the end bring the best out of them and help them participate and thrive in the entire culture of the world.
There are a lot of benefits to having the practices of inclusion something normal thing because it is going to be providing a very good experience to have the opportunity to experience a lot of cultures and traditions as well as also understand perspectives that we never had and over the years societies are trying to embrace more and more diversity as it is going to be promoting a very healthy way of understanding the entire culture of the world. We have seen a lot of festivals out of different countries celebrated in other Nations and that is a rare example of cultural exchange which we can see around us as well.
Another very interesting fact is that when people come together from different backgrounds it always going to be ensuring that a lot of innovation and creativity is going to be present because they will bring a lot of unique perspectives to the table which will have a lot of new things to explore and that can be leading to a lot of new explorations as well as making sure that progress is made in the direction that was never explored before.
However, it is not that easy in real life to have a cultural exchange that easily done because there is a lot of resistance from a lot of people and different factors that still exist in society people do feel that they still need to stick to their traditions and not share them and have them completely exclusive and promote things like discrimination against the people and that is something that is a really big challenge to this kind of aspects along with the fact that there is a lot of structural inequality that is still access able in the modern world and there are opportunities that are going to be disproportionately affecting a lot of communities which can only be implemented in a better way if there are societal reforms in place.
I believe that for a progressive world, there must be the qualities of diversity and inclusion to be something a necessity rather than just a concept and these values are going to be needed to be made sure that they are present in everyone's heart and they are going to practice it. I grew up in a country that is full of diversity India there are a lot of languages and different cultures within the country itself and there are a lot of different religions that exist in the country along with their different festivals and all of this still coexists in a very good balance of inclusion and diversity.
The journey towards perfect inclusion among these true diversity is not going to be an easy journey but all of these differences do make us unique and all of the shasharedlues aaregoing to make us even better celebrating this diversity is going to only happen if we are willing to be practicing the concepts like inclusion where everyone has a feeling of belonging and the ability to make someone feel comfortable without any pressure of differences

India is definitely one of the most diverse countries I've ever seen. I haven't been before, but from movies and other media, I see great diversity in the culture, religion and languages. I hope to experience the culture some day.
One thing I've noticed and really admire recently is how countries now encourage exchange programs in educational settings. I think that over the next few years if these continue, that'll definitely make good opportunities for creating and encouraging greater diversity globally.
