While technology advances do create new jobs, I suspect that the jobs created after AI take most of it, are going to be either very physical, or very, very mental. Most of us lay in the middle and can't likely do much of the mental work at the level required.

In terms of content - as you said, AI hasn't actually experienced and while it is getting better at faking, eventually, the "girlfriend in Canada" needs to meet the friends. :)

Looking at the UK reading age thing, I think that was the target for content creators. However, at university, I was told to write to the level a 17 year old can read it.
