It is not difficult at all to get to Kyrgyzstan from Europe and elsewhere - the country has a very soft visa policy. For many countries (including European ones), a 30/60-day visa-free stay is available, which is usually enough for regular tourist trips. Visas on arrival and e-visas for longer stays are also available.
As for physical arrival, it is possible to fly to Kyrgyzstan from almost anywhere with a transfer in Turkey, UAE or a couple of other large international hubs, since there are practically no direct flights from Europe at the moment.
