Between Homework and Crafts.

Without a doubt, this Covid pandemic has brought great challenges for me, as a mother and housewife, being a single mother is not easy and even less so in times of crisis, but I have no choice but to move forward.
Yesterday I woke up with the same will as always, thanking God for another day of life, I do this every day as soon as I get up, I went to visit my son's room to see if he had woken up but no, maybe I knew it was Friday and he stayed in bed, although he knows he has some math homework to help him with, I never liked math, but if it is to help my son in something, I do it without fear.
I started by making the bed and picking up some things in the kitchen, last night after eating I felt tired and I didn't want to make up for what I had washed, so I had to do it in the morning, I started to prepare coffee and breakfast, some arepas stuffed with ham and cheese, my son loves to eat arepas, because the bread doesn't fill him up and after a while he gets hungry again, the anxiety kind of whets his appetite.
After resting a little, at 10 am we started with the math homework, some confusing but easy exercises, we only had to apply rules of three, my son is in the first year of high school, and the exercises were practical, one of them was the next:
If a package of CDs must contain 20 units, how many packages will you have to make if you have 500 CDs?
Well, most of them were related to this pattern of exercises, in 2 hours the 15 proposed exercises were ready, my son was satisfied, he is intelligent and makes things much easier for me with his task.
Then, again I have to go into the hot room, the kitchen was on to make lunch, a pasta with bolognaise sauce was what I had on the table to serve, after half an hour it was ready, we had lunch. Immediately I lay down for a while to rest, I could not turn on the air because it was hot, I had to rest at room temperature, between novels and advertising I saw the afternoon go by.
A drizzle made me go out in front for a while, I went into the bathroom to take a shower to feel fresh, after getting dressed I went back to bed. I don't know what would happen, but if my son hadn't woken me up, he would have missed dinner.
