Users
A total of 192 users have logged onto the Apis Hive website, and on average over 50 users log in every day to claim their Daily Bee drop. We have a lot of hard working busy Apis Bees!!!
Verified active users
31 users are verified on the Apis Hive program meaning their account fits all the program criteria and can claim Honey Pots.

Apis in waiting
Some users may not fit one of the program criteria, the main reason are normally KE, delegation and self voting. There are 46 of these accounts. It could be that some of these users are not aware of the program criteria. Or they are not aware that they're on the Apis Hive program, ie they logged in but don't really understand what the program is about. These accounts are still able to claim and upgrade the assets, but are not able to claim any Honey Pots. Hopefully some of these users will eventually move to be verified, but of course that is entirely up to them on how they want to run their account. We can't and won't force anyone to do anything.
Banned users
Over one third of users who have logged into the Apis Hive website are excluded from the program due to their accounts not fitting many of the program criteria or exceed the limit by a big margin. I would expect this figure to increase as the project grows as we are very focused on who we support.
Honey Pots
Since we started, 25 users have claimed 142 Honey Pots between them. In total Apis Hive has delegated over 3800 HP to these users.
8 users have already claimed the maximum 10 Honey pots, an increase of 5 from two weeks ago. Considering we only launched 6 weeks ago, the Apis Hive users have done an amazing job in growing their account. Here's a snapshot of how some of the remaining Honey Pots are distributed. Project updates for the month
The second thing we started recently is our Analysis Hub. There are three main parts to Apis Hive. Gamification, as we have seen above, Delegation, the ultimate aim of the gamification part, and Support. The Analysis Hub is part of the support work we do. It is an online session where we look at a user's account and offer them insight and advice on what if anything, they can do to improve. So far we have done three session with four users and the feedback has been great. The aim is to do these sessions on a weekly basis going forward and help as many users as possible.
HPUD
Tomorrow is HPUD, I remember I was writing our first two week progress report just before February HPUD, and now the next one is here tomorrow. Hopefully we shall see more power up from Apis Hive members and give out more Honey Pots. Till next time!!!

The project is a total success and with it many people are joining and understanding better the importance of not withdrawing everything from Hive or keeping their HP effectively in their accounts! I hope that more people understand this and that we can create a bigger and better Hive!

I'm not sure where the discord poll is? Should I text my preferred time slot in the "analysis hub dates" channel? I assumed the session timings will be shared there and interested members can book the slots accordingly, as it was done before.

Congratulations for the success of #ApisHive , I think this is the best effort to help red fish to grew up our accounts easy and fun at same way. Maybe the users that aren't understanding the project should have a mentor. What do you think of adding this figure to the project, so when each one get to their 10 honey pot, they have assigned one or more new apis that aren't using the honey pots. I see many people having many bees or apis bees but not upgrading to honey pots.

We need to find more users on the program that are starting out to grow their accounts. At the moment we have a lot of people who are gifting and supporting others which is great, but we also want users to make an effort themselves to grow their account through power up and claiming their daily Bee drop, and not just rely on incoming gifts

The #ApisHive program is being very useful for those of us who are just starting out on this platform.
Thanks to the organizers for the opportunity they are offering us. 👍
We understand sometimes it can be difficult with real life commitments and bad connections, hopefully you can overcome those obstacle and have more time to be active on Hive.
Great project that give a real support to grow on this chain. I triestini the Analisys and it gave me lot of good suggestions for the future!

This project is great for those who are constant on Hive.
For beginners, to boost their account a little with delegated HP, and for Hive veterans, to help those who have not yet reached 10 Hive Pots and the maximum number of delegated HP by sharing their Nectar and Hive HUBs daily.
I see a lot of them not upgrading their collected Apis Bee and Hive Hubs, but also those who have collected 10 Hive Pots, do not share their Hive Hubs with others.
My goal is to help as many accounts that have passed the check as possible reach maximum delegation as soon as possible.
We're actually looking to limit this because support is great, but we also want users to make an effort themselves because it's important that people contribute to their own success as they appreciate it more.
If a single user who has many Hive Hubs and give 10 of them out to every valid user, they'd be driving the program and it would defeat the purpose of everything. I want users to be aware of the program objectives and keep that mentality in the long run.
OK. And in that case, have you thought about what to do with the Hive Hubs we collect? Or there is already a plan somewhere, but I haven't seen it 🤓 🙂
Let's say first in the table, there are over 30 of Hubs. What to do with them?
The best scenario would be an increase in the number of new young accounts, which would be selectively helped, with smaller sharing, as an incentive to continue this action.
Its a fantastic initiative for newcomers and existing people to have a build and long-term mindset on Hive. I am glad I am part of the leaderboard and happy to be tagged in all such posts.
I am getting some gifts randomly and it helps to get honeypots. All in all, I can say this is just the beginning of this amazing program, and its going to grow significantly and add more value to Hive overall. Thanks Apis team
You're doing great for a newbie especially on the engagement side. Have you considered branching out to post other topics in addition to gaming? It will help to grow your network? Or maybe come on one of the Analysis Hub sessions sometime
Hive is a vast platform and after joining, I found gaming a nice segment on hive however, I will explore more and see what other topics are good for me as per my interest. Also I will try to join Analysis Hub session soon
