English version
Hi, I was just passing by to tell you about a random moment I had some time ago, those moments where you stop everything you are doing and you start thinking about something out of the blue, tell me I'm not the only one that sometimes that happens 😅.
Some time ago I saw a kdrama called “Love Next Door” which, by the way, if you like that genre and you haven't seen it yet I recommend you to watch it. I must say that I did not have much faith in it when it started, but, little by little, I became interested in its story, since it touched many topics, among them: depression, the lack of an environment that accompanies us in certain key moments, perhaps not for others, but for not knowing how to speak in time; for the pain, feeling alone in this case the protagonists; among others, such as genuine and transparent love that manages to triumph and have a happy ending in the series.
What I liked the most about the drama was its ost in general, each chapter usually has a particular song for different moments, but there was one that caught my attention, it's called Leave it all behind performed by Wonstein (Korean rapper and singer) that song came to me in a special way, because as soon as I heard it, it made me connect, its warm melody and the voice of the interpreter transported me to a place of peace, and at the same time it left me with a bittersweet feeling because it sounded sad, but at the same time with a certain tranquility and hope. I knew that the lyrics would have to do with the feelings of the protagonist because obviously everything that surrounds the drama is thought for that, but it is amazing how music connects us and produces thousands of feelings, despite being from different parts of the world and even though we do not speak the same language.
To this day, when I listen to it, I go through the same emotions, but now, if I know what that song says and it makes more sense to me, my heart was not wrong to experience all that, since its lyrics expressed the same thing.

It made me reflect on how important it is to know ourselves, to give ourselves attention, to pamper ourselves and above all to be sincere with our feelings, to understand what is happening to us, to be faithful to our values and way of seeing life. We tend to leave ourselves for last because there is always something or someone more important. I think that's what pushes us to the limit many times because we don't stop for a moment for ourselves. I was once told that talking heals, and that phrase seemed very logical to me, although sometimes we don't feel the need to do it, it is necessary sooner or later.
Talking does not always imply only one way of doing it, we can talk through writing, art, a song, an activity we like. But always try to drain all that happens to us regardless of whether it is something bad or good.

PS: I recommend you this song that I particularly like a lot as you may have already read.

¡@arilehoux! ¡Voy a darle play y si me deprimo, te culpo! 😂✨
