From the middle of August I decided to walk at least 3000 steps a day. This was essential to making one step forward towards my health.
I used to do just weight lifting exercises almost every day for conditioning my body. But there is just something about walking a certain distance that tends to keep our body feeling fit and healthy and also full of energy for the rest of the day.
My total steps from the middle to the end of August totalled to 70,000 steps averaging around 4k steps a day.
I am happy to be well above my target and encourage you to do the same.
