Some say a sickness starts from a bad gut. I had severe sickness a few months ago due to unknown reasons. But one thing was clear to me I had maintained a bad diet and lifestyle that slowly lead to my immunity dropping down.
Following my recovery and thanks to several good advices from my family Doctor I was able to arrive at the key points that helped me recover fast and maintain a good health.
- Healthy Food:
While proteins and carbs are the main diet of any human and it is essential for maintenance of our skin and body. One thing to really ensure we include in our diet is a good mix of fiber such as fruits and natural probiotics like curd.
- Calm exercises:
We all know normal exercise and to hit the gym. While it is important to push ourselves I would also advice highly on calm exercises like either Yoga or stretches to help the body relieve itself from stress of one's daily routines.
- Hydration:
Hydrating our body is one key factor many people forget. And it is equally important not to overload our body with body once in a while. Drinking water in sips every 15 minutes or so is a great way to maintain a healthy water content in the body which it can actually use (and not expel suddenly since there was a surge).
- Walking:
Walking is another way of improving gut health. A good way stimulates blood flow around the body and also helps natural movements within our stomach and intestines.
I followed the above 4 key points to tackle my health issues and so far I feel stronger and healthier than ever. I wished to share them to you too, so that we together lead a healthy happy life.
