Hollow body holds are an incredible core exercise that works our transverse abdominis and helps develop full body strength!
Instructions for the Hollow Body Hold:
Lower and lay your back down onto the mat or floor.
Keep your knees up, with feet touching the ground.
Make sure your lower back is fully flush and touching the ground.
Lift up the knees as well as the arms, and extend legs outwards and arms overhead.
Hold this position and breathe throughout.
When finished, bring your head down and feet back to the ground.
