Day 2463 | Tennis Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a rather low profile day where I once again stayed in bed way too late and got out pretty much just before going to play my weekly hour of tennis. That was highly enjoyable though as I did manage to pick up my level compared to last week. We also had a drink afterward. I'm noyt fully yet in health mode and did pick up some dark brown bread as I wanted to feel filled up. I had a little bit of productivity but generally way too little and it was somewhat lazy day. I did watch a really fun Movie named Companion which I just had a really good time with.


Food Diary I ate 7 slices or dark brown bread with some peanut butter and kind of underestimated how full these made me feel compared to regular bread. However, I do aim to cut bread completelt out of my diet with an eye to clear my skin again and hopefully keep it that way but at the same time I don't feel ready yet to fully give it up.
