Yo tuve un asombroso inicio de semana a pesar de que tuve unos inconvenientes con unos trámites que no salieron, pero que solo es cuestión de pedir nuevamente la cita ☺️
Sin embargo, hoy les vengo es a hablar de una inaguración a la que asistí este fin de semana, especialmente el día domingo 16 de Marzo.

However, today I am here to tell you about an inauguration I attended this weekend, especially on Sunday March 16th.

Como les comenté, este fin de semana fue de vivir nuevas y buenas experiencias, así que me invadió el mismo entusiastas del Coffee Party del sábado y el domingo me fui a la inauguración de la exposición "ROTOR" de Pablo Griss.
La exhibición está en los espacios de Reset Gallery en el Centro Comercial Paseo Las Mercedes.
La invitación al público era desde las 11:00 AM para escuchar palabras del director de la Galería y del artista.
As I told you, this weekend was about living new and good experiences, so I was invaded by the same enthusiasm of the Coffee Party on Saturday and on Sunday I went to the opening of the exhibition “ROTOR” by Pablo Griss.
The exhibition is in the spaces of Reset Gallery in the Paseo Las Mercedes Shopping Center.
The invitation to the public was from 11:00 AM to hear words from the director of the Gallery and the artist.
Aunque no llegué a esa hora, fortuitamente sí pude llegar a la inauguración y disfrutar de las obras con el placentero ambiente musical y la vibra de la gente haciendo sus propios recorridos por cada cuadro.
La inauguración estaría acompañada de una degustación de cervezas por parte de "La Esquina" una cervecería artesanal del pueblo del Hatillo que otrora ya había visitado y hasta degustado, que por cierto no estaría mal volver al pueblo un rato y disfrutar de sus espacios.
Yo no me quedé hasta la degustación porque no estoy tomando alcohol, pero sí me deleité con el arte.
Although I did not arrive at that time, fortuitously I was able to get to the inauguration and enjoy the works with the pleasant musical atmosphere and the vibe of the people making their own tours of each painting.
The inauguration would be accompanied by a beer tasting by “La Esquina” a craft brewery in the town of Hatillo that I had already visited and even tasted, which by the way it would not be bad to return to town for a while and enjoy their spaces.
I didn't stay until the tasting because I'm not drinking alcohol, but I did enjoy the art.

Era mi primera vez visitando Reset, siempre me la habían recomendado y ahora entiendo el porqué; la vibra del centro comercial en conjunto con esa cubierta de vidrio que recubre todo el espacio le da una magia única a la exposición, tanto a esta que fui a ver como al resto de las que se exhiban.
Realmente estoy muy complacido conmigo mismo de haber ido, valió totalmente la pena.
Al llegar me recibe una obra de gran tamaño realizada con acrílico y papeles de oro de 24K que componen un cinetismo sumamente particular y un concepto interesante a descubrirla.
It was my first time visiting Reset, it had always been recommended to me and now I understand why; the vibe of the mall in conjunction with the glass cover that covers the entire space gives a unique magic to the exhibition, both this one I went to see and the rest of the exhibits.
I am really very pleased with myself for having gone, it was totally worth it.
Upon arrival I was greeted by a large work made with acrylic and 24K gold papers that make up a very particular kinetic and an interesting concept to discover.

Esta es una de las exposiciones con mayor nivel investigativo de la Galería y también es importante resaltar que toda la exhibición es una individual de Pablo Griss.
Quien desde mi perspectiva propone un interesante rescate del cinetismo venezolano.
Cuadros de grandísimo tamaño que te invitan a disfrutar del movimiento de la percepción, algunos con la misma técnica de uso de papeles de oro de 24K y otros en donde con precisión se expone perfectamente el devenir del color.

Who from my perspective proposes an interesting rescue of Venezuelan kinetic art.
Very large paintings that invite you to enjoy the movement of perception, some with the same technique of using 24K gold paper and others where with precision the evolution of color is perfectly exposed.

Ese mismo domingo, también visité la librería el buscón para ver si conseguía un título que tengo rato buscando de un poeta venezolano de inicio de siglo XIX pero no lo conseguí.
Sin embargo, sí conseguí cerrar el fin de semana de una excelente manera y dar pie de la mejor forma yendo a esta actividad.
¿Qué tal estuvo su fin de semana? ¿Se distrajeron? ¿Lograron hacer sus cosas pendientes y propuestas?
That same Sunday, I also visited the El buscón bookstore to see if I could find a title I have been looking for a long time of a Venezuelan poet from the beginning of the XIX century, but I did not get it.
However, I did manage to close the weekend in an excellent way and give a good start by going to this activity.
