Hoy les quiero compartir un sitio al que fuí el día de hoy. Resulta que hoy me tocaba abastecer de combustible el carro, aquí, en Margarita la gasolina subsidiada las colocan a diario segun el terminal de placa y hoy le tocaba a mi carro. Así pues, luego de salir victoriosa de esa misión casi imposible me dirigí hacia la panadería y pastelería "Cruce de Guacuco, puesto que despues de hacer esa cola necesitaba comer algo 😋
La panadería Cruce de Guacuco está ubicado en La Asunción al inicio de la avenida 31 de Julio, es un lugar de tradición y encuentro en nuestra bella ciudad capital. Al entrar el aroma a pan recien hecho, me dejó enamorada, el olor era divino, además el espacio luce ordenado, limpio, tiene unas sillas y mesas de madera en el interior que se ven muy lindas, asi cómo también en la parte exterior tienen una terraza para los que prefieren comer afuera.
Fue inevitable no fijarme en el área de pastelería, en vitrinas destacaban postres y tortas tradicionales como la marmoleada, la torta de pan, de vainilla con arequipe, lucían provocativas y muy llamativas, Aquí venden postres por porciones o enteros bajo pedido previo. Habían postres hojaldrados de higo, polvorosas, pasta seca, donas, trenzas, verdaderamente todo lucia muy fresco. En el área de salados me llamó la atención las empanadas usualmente no se encuentran en las panaderías, también habían cachitos, pizzas, pasteles hojaldrados, sandwiches, en fin muchas opciones para escoger.
Pedi 1 café con leche , que en realidad lo pedí más leche que café jejejeje porque después de un tiempo en algunas ocasiones me ha dado alergia en la manos , así que mejor prevenir y para comer en esta ocasion quería algo dulce y opté por las galletitas de pasta seca, que estaban supremamente deliciosas, ¿el costo? 100 gramos en 87 bolívares que son aproximadamente 1.5$.
El lugar es súper agradable y muy acogedor, además tiene un area de mini market con una variedad importante de productos de charcutería, Perfumería y víveres en general. The bakery Cruce de Guacuco is located in La Asunción at the beginning of the 31 de Julio avenue, it is a place of tradition and meeting in our beautiful capital city. Upon entering the aroma of freshly baked bread, left me in love, the smell was divine, also the space looks neat, clean, has wooden chairs and tables inside that look very nice, as well as also on the outside they have a terrace for those who prefer to eat outside.
It was inevitable not to take a look at the pastry area, in showcases they had traditional desserts and cakes such as marmoleada, bread cake, vanilla cake with arequipe, they looked provocative and very striking, here they sell desserts in portions or whole by previous order. There were flaky fig desserts, polvorosas, dried pasta, doughnuts, braids, everything looked really fresh. In the savory area I was struck by the empanadas, usually not found in bakeries, there were also cachitos, pizzas, flaky pastries, sandwiches, in short, many options to choose from.
I ordered 1 coffee with milk, which actually I ordered more milk than coffee hehehehehe because after a while in some occasions it has given me allergies in my hands, so better to be safe and to eat on this occasion I wanted something sweet and I opted for the dry pasta cookies, which were supremely delicious, the cost? 100 grams at 87 bolivars which is about 1.5$.
The place is super nice and very cozy, it also has a mini market area with an important variety of delicatessen products, perfumery and groceries in general. STOP¡Qué buena recomendación amiga😉! Se nota que disfrutaste la visita y que la panadería tiene de todo un poco, desde dulces hasta salados. Me dio curiosidad probar esas galletitas de pasta seca, suenan buenísimas. Además, el ambiente que describes parece súper acogedor, ideal para tomarse un cafecito después de hacer diligencias. ¡Definitivamente un sitio a tener en cuenta si estas por la zona de la Asunción.
