Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi día de aprendizaje y gratitud, en compañía de un grupo de alumnos que al igual que yo decidieron sumarse y participar en un curso de formación para una brigada ecológica de protección ambiental...

Today I want to share with you my day of learning and gratitude, in the company of a group of students who, like me, decided to join and participate in a training course for an ecological environmental protection brigade...

Resulta que hoy estuve participando en un curso y la verdad la pasé muy bien porque logramos aprender y renovar conocimientos en materia ambiental, tema que me apasiona mucho y que nos sirve para tomar medidas de protección a favor del medio ambiente que tanto padece a causa de nuestra inconsciencia. Así que el día estuvo bastante cargado de conocimiento y lo que más me gustó fue la oportunidad de participar en cada tema y a su vez poder compartir experiencias nuevas con los alumnos que hacen vida en mi lugar de trabajo. Una manera maravillosa de generar mayor interacción, aprendizaje y de drenar un poco de tensión laboral.

It turns out that today I was participating in a course and I actually had a great time because we were able to learn and renew knowledge on environmental matters, a topic that I am very passionate about and that helps us take protective measures in favor of the environment that suffers so much due to our unconsciousness. So the day was quite full of knowledge and what I liked most was the opportunity to participate in each topic and at the same time be able to share new experiences with the students who make life in my workplace. A wonderful way to generate greater interaction, learning and to relieve some work tension.

Aunque no creamos, voluntariamente o no, siempre aprendemos algo cada día y hoy aunque llegue a casa bastante agotada tuve la satisfacción inmensa de haber pasado un día maravilloso junto a diversas personas que además de aprender de cada uno, pude tener ese choque de energía juvenil y las risas que me hicieron recordar a mis tiempos de estudios en el bachillerato, situación que de alguna manera de hace sanar ciertas cosas que te suma la vida adulta y el estrés o rutina del día a día.

Even if we don't believe it, voluntarily or not, we always learn something every day and today, although I came home quite exhausted, I had the immense satisfaction of having spent a wonderful day with various people who, in addition to learning from each other, I was able to have that shock of youthful energy. and the laughter that made me remember my time studying in high school, a situation that in some way heals certain things that adult life and the stress or routine of everyday life add to you.

Luego pudimos interactuar aún más haciendo dinámicas grupales que me hicieron reír mucho y disfrutar cada instante de mi tiempo en grupo. Cosa que para mí fue sumamente valiosa.

Then we were able to interact even more by doing group dynamics that made me laugh a lot and enjoy every moment of my time in the group. Which for me was extremely valuable.

Así que, si, siempre aprendemos algo nuevo, y lo más importante de todo es siempre estar presto y dispuesto al aprendizaje sea cual sea, leer, documentarse para no perder habilidades y además de eso tener siempre empatía con las personas que nos rodean porque cada quien lleva su tiempo y proceso y no sabemos cuál situación esta pasando cada quiien así que es supremamente importante ser empaticos y siempre es bueno sacar ese niño que llevamos por dentroy aprender a reír y disfrutar de los pequeños momentos maravillosos que la vida nos depara. Así que bueno hoy fue un día bastante energético y de aprendizaje situación que me hace sentir feliz y agradecida con Dios por cada momento vivido, espero ustedes también hayan tenido un día lleno de energía y risas. So, yes, we always learn something new, and the most important thing of all is to always be ready and willing to learn whatever it may be, read, document yourself so as not to lose skills and in addition to that always have empathy with the people around us because every Who takes their time and process and we don't know what situation everyone is going through so it is extremely important to be empathetic and it is always good to bring out that child that we carry inside and learn to laugh and enjoy the small wonderful moments that life brings us.
