Alegría es en esta ocasión el nombre del nuevo Show del Circu du soleil una empresa de entretenimiento Canadiense muy famosa por sus extraordinarios espectáculos y talentos que yacen en él.

Para mi sorpresa, ese día llovió muy fuerte y estaba de mal humor, pero se me pasó hasta que llegué al lugar, era una carpa gigante con letras enormes que decían ALEGRÍA, tuvimos que esperar la hora exacta para que nos pudieran hacer pasar, el tiempo aquí es super importante y como debe ser, habían muchas personas de todas las edades emocionadas por el show.
To my surprise, that day it rained very hard and I was in a bad mood, but I got over it until I got to the place, it was a giant tent with huge letters that said ALEGRIA, we had to wait for the exact time so they could let us in, time here is super important and as it should be, there were many people of all ages excited for the show.
Entramos una hora antes a la función, y pudimos observar que no solamente eran acróbatas y payasos, tenían varios stands con mercancía y cosas con su propia marca, ropa, artículos de magia, llaveros, tazas, etc. También había mucha comida, así que podías escoger lo que quisieras para no entrar con el estómago vacío al show.
We went in an hour before the show, and we could see that they were not only acrobats and clowns, they had several stands with merchandise and things with their own brand, clothes, magic items, key chains, mugs, etc. There was also a lot of food, so you could choose whatever you wanted so you didn't go into the show with an empty stomach.
Varias secciones de fotografía me llamaron la atención así que obligué a mi novio a tomarnos fotos jaja, un trono que es simbólico y tiene mucho significado para el espectador ya que trata sobre la lucha por el poder y reclaman cierto trono. Por otro lado había muchos detalles visualmente que hicieron que esa hora pasara volando.
Several sections of photography caught my attention so I forced my boyfriend to take pictures of us haha, a throne that is symbolic and has a lot of meaning for the viewer as it is about the struggle for power and claiming a certain throne. On the other hand there were many details visually that made that hour fly by.
Al entrar a las 8:00pm a los sitios respectivos, lo primero que nos dijeron fue que no podíamos usar tanto tiempo el móvil celular, así que pude grabar y tomar pocas fotos para que no me regañaran jaja.
En orden cronológico, entraron barras acróbatas, hacían de los aristócratas , es una combinación de barras rusas con Banquine, era impresionante lo que podían volar con solo balancearse en los postes y la fuerza que mostraron al subirse uno encima de otro haciendo torres de hasta 4 personas.
el siguiente show fue uno de mis favoritos y se llama Rueda Cyr, Un Bronx prácticamente se balanceaba sobre su propio eje y con su peso sobre un aro gigante.

The next show was one of my favorites and it was called Rueda Cyr, A Bronx was practically balancing on its own axis and with its weight on a giant hoop.

Este siguiente tuvo algunos problemas técnicos pero se llevó los aplausos más eufóricos de la noche. Baile de cuchillos de fuego, representado por un Bronx (así le llaman), simboliza el renacimiento de la esperanza y sobre el escenario haciendo malabares super complejos, en un momento dado, se rompió uno de los palos de fuego lo que tuvieron que pausar el show 10 minutos para resolver la problemática. Al volver haciendo malabares más rápido y con mucha pasión se llevó la sorpresa de que todos se levantaron y envolvieron la carpa con aplausos muy fuertes. Admirable.
This next one had some technical problems but got the most euphoric applause of the night. Fire knife dance, represented by a Bronx (so they call him), symbolizes the rebirth of hope and on stage doing super complex juggling, at one point, one of the fire sticks broke so they had to pause the show 10 minutes to solve the problem. When he came back juggling faster and with a lot of passion he was surprised that everyone stood up and enveloped the tent with very loud applause. It was admirable.
Para el siguiente show bajaron algunos lazos y una pareja de acróbatas simularon un Bronx y un Ángel enamorados, la canción de fondo era la propia del Show Alegría lo cual me pareció super melancólico pero a la vez feliz. Super impresionante otro de mis favoritos.
For the next show they lowered some ribbons and a couple of acrobats simulated a Bronx and an Angel in love, the background song was the Show's own Alegria which I found super melancholic but at the same time happy. Super awesome another one of my favorites.
Una Bronx en este siguiente show, mostró su habilidad con el Hula hoops con todo su cuerpo dominando hasta 20 hulas al mismo tiempo con algunas contorciones en su cuerpo.

Habían también cintas elásticas, gimnastas nos mostraron sus habilidades de volteretas sobre el aire con fondo de un baterista impresionante tocando y haciendo vibrar el escenario en conjunto a los artistas acróbatas.
Otro de mis favoritos y el que más me impresionó fue el de un Ángel haciendo equilibrio sobre manos y contorsionando su cuerpo de manera increíble. De verdad que no dejé de mirarla ni un segundo y aún así me parecía irreal lo que estaba haciendo jaja.
There were also elastic bands, gymnasts showed us their tumbling skills in the air with the background of an impressive drummer playing and making the stage vibrate together with the acrobatic artists.
Another one of my favorites and the one that impressed me the most was an Angel balancing on hands and contorting his body in an incredible way. I really didn't stop watching her for a second and it still seemed unreal what she was doing haha.
Por último y lo que le dio el toque increíble al show fueron los trapecistas. Habían 4 trapecios en el centro del escenario elevados sobre 10 metros mientras Ángeles coordinaban vueltas y saltos para alcanzar los brazos de los otros y hacer un show increíble.
Finally and what gave the show the incredible touch to the show were the trapeze artists. There were 4 trapezes in the center of the stage elevated over 10 meters while Angels coordinated spins and jumps to reach each other's arms and make an incredible show.
Todo el espectáculo me encantó, nunca había visto personas tan talentosas y no pude evitar llorar de la emoción con tantas luces, aplausos, sentimentalismo y arte. Mi niña interior se sintió llena y viva de todo lo que estaba viendo y sintiendo. La verdad recomiendo un montón este tipo de espectáculos, si piensan que los circos son solo para niños, están equivocados, es un momento demasiado increíble donde te sientas tan chiquita, emocionada y llena de fantasía que no quieres que acabe nunca. I loved the whole show, I had never seen such talented people and I couldn't help but cry from the emotion with so many lights, applause, sentimentality and art. My inner child felt full and alive with everything I was seeing and feeling. I really recommend this kind of shows, if you think that circuses are only for children, you are wrong, it is an incredible moment where you feel so small, excited and full of fantasy that you never want it to end.
