Espero se encuentren bien, hoy les traigo un nuevo que bueno les tenía pendiente desde hace como una semana pero como saben muchas ocupaciones encima, quiero mostrarles algunas fotitos de un sitio al que voy a trabajar los martes aquí en Madrid en los mercadilllos que la verdad es una zona bonita y también a contarles sobre lo último que he hecho en cuánto a mí estancia aquí en España. I hope you are all well, today I bring you some news that I had pending for about a week but as you know I have a lot of work to do, I want to show you some photos of a place where I go to work on Tuesdays here in Madrid at the markets, which is a really nice area, and also to tell you about the latest thing I have done during my stay here in Spain. Bueno para contarles un poco acerca del porque las fotos es simple, como les dije al principio es una zona de Madrid donde yo voy a trabajar en los mercadillos que hacen los días martes, un dato interesante es que yo en lo personal siempre estoy por esta misma zona de Vallecas, es decir así el mismo distrito aunque no sé si se dice así jeje...
Well, to tell you a little about why the photos are simple, as I told you at the beginning, it is an area of Madrid where I go to work in the markets that they do on Tuesdays. An interesting fact is that I personally am always in this same area of Vallecas, that is to say the same district although I don't know if it is said like that hehe...
Trabajar en un mercadillo es entretenido aunque suele cansar bastante, en lo personal trabajo con unos gitanos que venden fruta y verdura y bueno gracias a Dios me ha ido bien ya que para conseguir un trabajo en negro cuando estás sin papeles es rudo y es algo de lo cual agradezco a Dios todos los días.
Working in a street market is fun, although it can be quite tiring. Personally, I work with some gypsies who sell fruit and vegetables, and thank God it has gone well for me, since getting a job illegally when you are undocumented is tough, and it is something I thank God for every day.
Esta zona se llama Vallecas por la vía de Renfe aunque por el metro esté sector de Vallecas se llama Sierra de Guadalupe que de verdad ni idea del porqué, lo único que sé es que hace bastante frío por las mañanas jeje. Creo que esto sería como "Vallecas central" pero realmente no existe jeje así que no inventemos cosas jeje. Actualmente como estamos en Invierno los árboles han mudado sus hojas y el paisaje se ve de esta forma pero aún así tiene su belleza ya que quedan áreas verdes.
This area is called Vallecas because of the Renfe line, although because of the metro this part of Vallecas is called Sierra de Guadalupe, which I really have no idea why, all I know is that it gets quite cold in the mornings hehe. I think this would be like "Vallecas central" but it doesn't really exist hehe so let's not make things up hehe. Currently, as we are in winter, the trees have shed their leaves and the landscape looks like this, but it still has its beauty because there are green areas left.
Es una zona donde hay bastante campo, pinos, árboles y así sucesivamente. Lo cual me gusta muchísimo, aunque hay personas que me han comentado que vallecas no es muy bonito pero en fin ellos se lo pierden jejeje. No les puedo mostrar fotos del mercadillo porque me la paso trabajando así que bueno pues nada admiren la naturaleza jejeje...
It is an area where there are lots of fields, pines, trees and so on. Which I like very much, although there are people who have told me that Vallecas is not very pretty but anyway, that is their loss hehehe. I can't show you photos of the market because I spend my time working so well, just admire nature hehehe...
La vida suele dar muchas vueltas pero bueno aquí estamos, luchando por salir adelante en tierra extranjera. Aún queda tiempo para la activación del permiso de trabajo y esperando la resolución para la residencia, solo queda esperar, seguir luchando y admirando la belleza de los paisajes que nos ofrece España...
Life often has many twists and turns, but here we are, struggling to get ahead in a foreign land. There is still time to activate the work permit and await the decision for residency, all that remains is to wait, keep fighting and admire the beauty of the landscapes that Spain offers us...
A pesar de lo frío del paisaje es súper agradable salir a caminar un rato y observar, pensar, tomar un café y reflexionar un poco. Creo que está estación del año sirve para eso para reflexionar un poco sobre que hacer y que has hecho e incluso para descansar del calor agobiante del verano para luego entrar en la belleza de la primavera.
Despite the cold landscape, it is super nice to go out for a walk and observe, think, have a coffee and reflect a little. I think that this time of year is good for that, to reflect a little on what to do and what you have done and even to rest from the oppressive heat of summer to then enter into the beauty of spring.
Finalizo diciendo que la vida en el extranjero no es fácil, muchas personas quieren venir a vivir el sueño Europeo pero realmente no es nada fácil, en medio de tantas cosas Dios parece ausente pero está ahí, viendo todo lo que pasa, probando nuestra fé y una cosa si es cierta es que todavía hay esperanza. Agradezco a cada persona en España que he conocido y en Venezuela que ha estado atentos a nuestro progreso (digo nuestro por mi esposa y yo) que cada día vamos en aumento de ser mejor...
I end by saying that life abroad is not easy. Many people want to come and live the European dream, but it really is not easy at all. In the midst of so many things, God seems absent, but He is there, watching everything that happens, testing our faith, and one thing is certain: there is still hope. I thank every person in Spain that I have met and in Venezuela who has been attentive to our progress (I say ours because of my wife and I) that every day we are increasing to be better...
