In the Community-Based Environmental Program (COBEP), my time with fellow engineering students has been an exciting adventure. Each morning, we met with a clear mission: to discover and tackle important community issues.
We quickly formed strong bonds as I got to know new friends from my engineering class. I even became a group leader, though this role had its challenges. Coordinating our tasks sometimes felt like herding cats, with everyone having their own take on things.
This experience changed how I organized my day. Time management became a crucial skill. I had to make sure our group worked efficiently during our set hours and create a smart schedule for our tasks. It wasn't always smooth sailing, and I had to navigate some difficulties.
Despite the challenges, this journey has been incredibly rewarding. I've learned so much from talking to community members and addressing their concerns. Looking back, I feel a great sense of accomplishment and am genuinely happy to be part of this transformative project.

En el Programa Ambiental Basado en la Comunidad (COBEP), mi tiempo con mis compañeros de ingeniería ha sido una emocionante aventura. Cada mañana, nos reuníamos con una misión clara: descubrir y abordar problemas importantes en la comunidad.
Rápidamente formamos lazos fuertes a medida que conocía a nuevos amigos de mi clase de ingeniería. Incluso llegué a ser el líder de un grupo, aunque este papel tenía sus desafíos. Coordinar nuestras tareas a veces se sentía como pastorear gatos, ya que todos tenían su propia opinión sobre las cosas.
Esta experiencia cambió la forma en que organizaba mi día. La gestión del tiempo se convirtió en una habilidad crucial. Tenía que asegurarme de que nuestro grupo trabajara eficientemente durante nuestras horas designadas y crear un horario inteligente para nuestras tareas. No siempre fue un camino fácil, y tuve que superar algunas dificultades.
A pesar de los desafíos, este viaje ha sido increíblemente gratificante. He aprendido mucho al hablar con los miembros de la comunidad y abordar sus inquietudes. Mirando hacia atrás, siento un gran sentido de logro y estoy sinceramente feliz de ser parte de este proyecto transformador.
