¡Hola, amigos! ¿Cómo están? Bienvenidos a una nueva publicación. Hoy quiero compartir una anécdota que me dejó una gran lección y que definitivamente no volveré a repetir. Si a alguno de ustedes le ha pasado algo similar, me encantaría leer su experiencia en los comentarios.
Siempre escuché que la amistad y el trabajo son dos cosas distintas, pero no lo entendí hasta que me tocó vivirlo en carne propia. No escribo esto para reprochar ni hablar mal de nadie, sino como una reflexión sobre lo que aprendí en este camino llamado vida.
Para ponerlos en contexto, hace un tiempo, estaba sin trabajo y un amigo, dueño de una empresa de marketing digital y desarrollo web, me ofreció una oportunidad laboral. Me dijo que podía aprender en el proceso y que, a medida que adquiriera experiencia, mi salario aumentaría. Al principio todo parecía ir bien, me sentía motivado y agradecido por la oportunidad.
Sin embargo, con el tiempo, la situación cambió. Cada vez tenía más responsabilidades, pero el aumento prometido nunca llegó. Cuando intentaba hablarlo con él, su respuesta siempre era la misma: “Cuando entre más dinero, te pagaré mejor”. Eso me hizo preguntarme: Si estamos trabajando tanto, ¿por qué no hay ingresos?
Por necesidad, seguí en el puesto hasta diciembre, pero el desgaste emocional y la sensación de no ser valorado fueron demasiado. Decidí dar el primer paso y renunciar sin discutir, para no perder la amistad por completo. No hubo cena de Navidad, bono ni ningún reconocimiento… solo una gran lección. Como dice mi mamá, me sentí usado.
A pesar de todo, prefiero quedarme con lo positivo, aprendí muchísimo y sé que el universo se encargará de equilibrar las cosas. Ahora estoy enfocado en nuevos proyectos y abierto a oportunidades que realmente valoren mi esfuerzo.

Hello, friends! How are you? Welcome to a new post. Today I want to share an anecdote that taught me a great lesson and that I will definitely not repeat again. If any of you have experienced something similar, I would love to read your experience in the comments.
I always heard that friendship and work are two different things, but I didn't understand it until I experienced it myself. I'm not writing this to reproach or speak ill of anyone, but as a reflection on what I learned on this path called life.
To put it in context, a while ago, I was out of work and a friend, owner of a digital marketing and web development company, offered me a job opportunity. He told me that I could learn in the process and that, as I gained experience, my salary would increase. At first everything seemed to be going well, I felt motivated and grateful for the opportunity.
However, over time, the situation changed. I had more and more responsibilities, but the promised raise never came. When I tried to talk to him about it, his answer was always the same: “When more money comes in, I’ll pay you better.” That made me wonder: If we’re working so hard, why isn’t there any income?
Out of necessity, I stayed in the position until December, but the emotional drain and the feeling of not being valued were too much. I decided to take the first step and resign without arguing, so as not to lose the friendship completely. There was no Christmas dinner, bonus or any recognition… just a great lesson. As my mom says, I felt used.
Despite everything, I prefer to stay with the positive, I learned a lot and I know that the universe will take care of balancing things out. Now I’m focused on new projects and open to opportunities that really value my effort.
