Hola comunidad! espero que estén pasan un muy buen y bonito día, en este post les quiero comentar un poco sobre como fue este viaje de senderismo después de ya varios meses de no salir a la naturaleza.
Hello community! I hope you are having a nice day, in this post I want to tell you a little bit about how was this hiking trip after several months of not going out in nature.
Hace tiempo que no me levantaba temprano, sin embargo ya había salido la luz del sol, me preparé con agua y comida antes de salir y ver el bonito cielo que había ese día, luego me reuní con unos amigos y comenzamos nuestro recorrido.
It's been a while since I had been up early, however the sun had already risen, I prepared myself with water and food before going out and seeing the beautiful sky that day, then I met up with some friends and we started our tour.
Es la primera vez que pasaba por este sendero, habían varios caminos y sentí que si hubiera ido sola tal vez me podría hasta haber perdido. También noté el tiempo que tenía sin caminar, no me cansé mucho, pero el año pasado hubiera podido caminar todo eso como si nada, me gustaría volver esto costumbre y así recuperar la resistencia que tenía antes.
It was the first time I went through this trail, there were several paths and I felt that if I had gone alone maybe I could have gotten lost. I also noticed the time I had without walking, I didn't get very tired, but last year I could have walked all that as if nothing, I would like to return to this habit and thus regain the stamina I had before.
También habían varias cosas que ver, no solo la naturaleza si no además diferentes esculturas que representaban animales, cada un en distintas estaciones, fuimos a la de fuego y nos conseguimos con esta salamandra, dicen que es la encargada de purificar las áreas verdes en periodos de sequia.
There were also several things to see, not only nature but also different sculptures representing animals, each one in different seasons, we went to the one of fire and we got this salamander, they say it is responsible for purifying the green areas in periods of drought.
En general el viaje estuvo bastante bien, y los árboles nos protegieron casi todo el camino del sol, sin duda es una experiencia que me gusta repetir en cada oportunidad.
Overall the trip was quite good, and the trees protected us almost all the way from the sun, it is certainly an experience that I like to repeat at every opportunity.
one must appreciate the importance of being in nature...
