Al fin coronamos el pico cende, el punto más álgido de nuestro estado Lara, luego de largas caminatas de alrededor de entre 9 y 8 Horas por día, motivo que nos lleno de muchas satisfacción a todos. Dónde luego de hacer cumbre, algunos de mis compañeros lloraban de alegría por ese hito tan hermoso.
We finally crowned the cende peak, the highest point of our state Lara, after long walks of about 9 to 8 hours per day, which filled us all with a lot of satisfaction. After reaching the summit, some of my companions cried with joy for such a beautiful milestone.
Luego de haber atravesado el páramo de las rosas, el páramo el jabón, un sol inclemente, clima de bosque, un clima de selva, nos abraza amos y disfrutamos de la alegría de lo que fue esa gran travesía, dónde debido al verano las fuentes de agua natural estaban secas, dónde sentí miedo por quedar sin agua en medio de la nada, dónde me senté a reflexionar sobre lo bonito y lo efímero de la vida, dónde recordé esa frase del principito: "Lo esencial de la vida, es invisible a los ojos del ser humano". Un punto de inflexión, para reflexionar sobre la vida, sin duda alguna es un excelente lugar para hacer introspección y donde reflexione y recordaba al maestro Facundo Cabral, el cuál siempre decia: "Lo importante no es el precio; sino el valor de las cosas"
After having crossed the páramo de las rosas, the páramo el jabón, an inclement sun, a forest climate, a jungle climate, we embraced each other and enjoyed the joy of what was a great journey, where due to the summer the natural water sources were dry, where I was afraid of being left without water in the middle of nowhere, where I sat down to reflect on the beauty and the ephemerality of life, where I remembered that phrase of the little prince: "What is essential in life is invisible to human eyes". A turning point, to reflect on life, it is undoubtedly an excellent place for introspection and where I reflected and remembered the master Facundo Cabral, who always said: "The important thing is not the price, but the value of things".
Una vez que llegamos al pico, solo quedaba contemplar el hermoso paisaje que nos bordeaba, desde ese punto podíamos observar dos estados, el Estado Lara por el oeste y el estado Trujillo por el Este, desde allí también podíamos observar como las arenas del Sahara arropaban las nubes, donde claramente se veian una gran capa amarilla producto de estas arenas, provenientes de África. ¡Vaya maravilla!
Once we reached the peak, we could only contemplate the beautiful landscape that bordered us, from that point we could see two states, Lara State to the west and Trujillo State to the east, from there we could also see how the sands of the Sahara covered the clouds, where we could clearly see a large yellow layer product of these sands, from Africa. What a wonder!
A través de toda esta travesía, cargamos a un peluche de Bob esponja, el cuál declaramos como una de las mascotas de nuestro grupo. Por cierto, este grupo fue fundado en 2023, para recuperar la tradición de hacer trekking, entre las tradiciones también está llevar juguetes y regalos a los niños en diciembre, la cual se hace con todos los voluntarios que pertenecemos a este grupo.
Fue llamado el repele, de manera Jocosa, ya que este grupo anteriormente funcionaba con el nombre de senderistas del Estado Lara, pero debido a la diaspora Venezolana, este grupo quedó mermado y entre todos decidimos bautizarlo como el repele. Repele: Lo usamos en Venezuela, como lo último que queda de algo.
Throughout this journey, we carried a SpongeBob teddy bear, which we declared as one of the mascots of our group. By the way, this group was founded in 2023, to recover the tradition of trekking, among the traditions is also to bring toys and gifts to children in December, which is done with all the volunteers who belong to this group.
It was called the repele, in a joking way, since this group previously worked with the name of hikers of the State of Lara, but due to the Venezuelan diaspora, this group was depleted and we all decided to baptize it as the repele. Repele: We use it in Venezuela, as the last thing left of something.
Gracias a todos por quedarse a leer parte de lo que fue está gran aventura, la próxima aventura que tenemos planificada, es ascender al pico más alto de Trujillo, llamado la teta nikitao, ubicado a unos 4007 MSNM.
Espero en los próximos días, traer a los integrantes del equipo del repele al ecosistema de Hive.

sin duda alguna, un excelente lugar, excelentes vistas. Las fotos no se pueden apreciar lo hermoso del lugar, de hecho lo de las arenas del desierto del sahara es impresionante
