EL sábado estuvimos reunidos en familia para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi ahijado Josue David en una piscina cerca de mi casa.
Yo llegué unos minutos tarde porque tuve que salir a comprar unos materiales para el reinado de carnaval de la academia y los accesorios para una presentación que tendremos próximamente.
Al llegar me recibió mi tía Esperanza quien con amor nos abrazó y nos hizo caminar a donde estaban todos.
Ella quería sentarme con unos tíos pero, por situaciones pasadas yo no quería sentarme allí así que le dije educadamente que nos sentaríamos con mi tia Noris y mis primos. Gracias a Dios ella no insitió.
La piscina ya es común para nosotros porque hemos celebrado varios cumpleaños aquí y es un ambiente agradable. Mi novio se sentó al lado de su hermano antes de decidir tomarnos unas fotos.

On Saturday we were together as a family to celebrate my godson Josue David's birthday at a pool near my house.
I arrived a few minutes late because I had to go out to buy some materials for the carnival reign of the academy and accessories for a presentation that we will have soon.
When I arrived I was greeted by my aunt Esperanza who lovingly hugged us and made us walk to where everyone was.
She wanted me to sit with some uncles but, due to past situations I did not want to sit there so I politely told her that we would sit with my aunt Noris and my cousins. Thank God she didn't insist.
The pool is already common for us because we have celebrated several birthdays here and it is a nice atmosphere. My boyfriend sat next to his brother before we decided to take some pictures.
La piscina tiene varias áreas, una donde hay columpios, tiene 3 bohíos y la verdad hace mucha brisa lo que crea un ambiente fresco y relajante.
Mi tía Noris sugirió comprar unas cervezas a lo que mi novio y yo accedimos para refrescarnos.
Luego de unos minutos llegaron mis ''tíos'' quienes nos saludaron pero sintieron la distancia puesta por mi tía y mis primas y rápidamente se retiraron.
La decoración de la fiesta era de Roblox, un juego actual que incluso yo tengo y suelo jugar una que otra vez.
Mi novio y yo decidimos tomarnos unas fotos antes de sudar o meternos a bañar, pues yo no iba en planes de entrar a la piscina pero mi prima Vianney prácticamente me obligó jaja y al tener tanto tiempo sin vernos no podía negarme.
The pool has several areas, one where there are swings, it has 3 bohios and the truth is that it is very breezy which creates a cool and relaxing atmosphere.
My aunt Noris suggested buying some beers, to which my boyfriend and I agreed to refresh ourselves.
After a few minutes my ''uncles'' arrived and greeted us but they sensed the distance put by my aunt and cousins and quickly left.
The party decorations were from Roblox, a current game that even I own and play from time to time.
My boyfriend and I decided to take some pictures before sweating or going for a swim, I wasn't planning on getting in the pool but my cousin Vianney practically forced me to haha and since we hadn't seen each other for so long I couldn't refuse.

Mi prima antes de entrar a la piscina nos dijo que podíamos ir a la cocina y servirnos lo que quisiéramos, pues en la fiesta solo había familia y algunos amigos de ella con quienes ya hemos compartido un montón.
Nosotras a toda confianza fuimos y tomamos unos pastelitos, tequeños y empanadas con salsa.
Mis primitos decidieron entrar a la piscina y divertirse un rato, la verdad son niños que poco salen a fiestas y cuando salen son muy bien portados así que a veces hay que presionarlos para que se suelten y se diviertan.
Before entering the pool, my cousin told us that we could go to the kitchen and serve ourselves whatever we wanted, since there was only family and some of her friends at the party, with whom we have already shared a lot.
We confidently went and had some pastries, tequeños and empanadas with salsa.
My little cousins decided to go to the pool and have some fun, the truth is that they are kids who rarely go out to parties and when they do go out they are very well behaved so sometimes you have to push them to let them loose and have fun.
Yo aproveché y fui al baño a cambiarme y ponerme mi traje de baño para disfrutar también con mi familia.
A pesar de ser pocos disfrutamos muchísimo, nos reímos un montón y mucho más cuando nos dimos cuenta de que mi tía había dejado las salchichas para los perros calientes y no se pudieron preparar.
Después de unas horas mi prima decidió cantar cumpleaños y partir la piñata pero de la piñata no tengo fotos porque yo era quién dirigía la ese momento y no pude tomar fotos.
I took the opportunity and went to the bathroom to change and put on my bathing suit to also enjoy with my family.
Even though there were only a few of us, we enjoyed a lot, we laughed a lot and even more when we realized that my aunt had left the sausages for the hot dogs and they could not be prepared.
After a few hours my cousin decided to sing a birthday song and break the piñata but I don't have pictures of the piñata because I was the one who was in charge at that moment and I couldn't take pictures.
Después de unas horas en el agua y una tarde divertida, tuvimos que retirarnos porque ya se nos había acabado el horario de alquiler.
Nos despedimos de todos, prometimos vernos en alguna otra ocasión no muy lejana aunque sabemos que esto es difícil por el tema horario, trabajo, responsabilidades etc.
Le dije a mi prima que todo había quedado muy bien y la habíamos pasado excelente porque ella sentía que algunas cosas no habían sido de lo mejor.
Y así fue como disfrutamos los 8 años de Josue David en familia y alegría.

After a few hours in the water and a fun afternoon, we had to leave because we had already run out of rental time.
We said goodbye to everyone and promised to see each other some other time in the near future, although we know that this is difficult due to schedules, work, responsibilities, etc.
I told my cousin that everything had gone very well and that we had had an excellent time because she felt that some things had not been the best.
And that's how we enjoyed Josue David's 8 years with family and joy.
