El viernes estuvieron visitando mi ciudad dos emprendimientos de la ciudad de Maracaibo: Delicias del Mar y el Rey de los Mangos.
Me enteré por la publicación del novio de mi prima, él compartió en su whatsapp un vídeo donde los emprendedores anunciaban su visita así que planificamos ir a comprar un cóctel de camarones porque nos moríamos por probarlos.
Resulta que cuando llegamos habían demasiadas personas en al cola del puesto de mariscos y el sistema de cobro y envasado estaba muy lento así que decidimos irnos al puesto del Rey de los Mangos.

On Friday two entrepreneurs from the city of Maracaibo were visiting my city: Delicias del Mar and El Rey de los Mangos.
I found out through my cousin's boyfriend's post, he shared on his whatsapp a video where the entrepreneurs were announcing their visit so we planned to go buy a shrimp cocktail because we were dying to try them.
It turns out that when we arrived there were too many people in line at the seafood stand and the cashing and packaging system was very slow so we decided to go to the King of Mangos stand.
La fila del Rey de los Mangos era más corta ya que, aunque sus mangos son diferentes, es algo bastante común en nuestro estado.
El puesto tenía unas 6 personas en fila así que nos posicionamos y esperamos nuestro turno.
La fila avanzó bastante rápido, mientras tanto mi prima Inés y yo conversábamos de todo un poco.
The line at Rey de los Mangos was shorter because, although their mangoes are different, it is quite common in our state.
The stand had about 6 people in line so we positioned ourselves and waited our turn.
The line moved pretty fast, meanwhile my cousin Inés and I were chatting about everything a little bit.

El señor ya venía con los mangos preparados en envases, tenía diferentes precios: 3$ 5$ y 10$, nosotros compramos 3 de 5$ porque el de 10$ nos parecía muy grande.
Primero facturabas y la esposa le pasaba al señor tu envase con el mango ya picado.
El señor comienza agregándole manzana rebanada y piña.
The gentleman came with the mangoes already prepared in packages, he had different prices: 3$ 5$ and 10$, we bought 3 of 5$ because the one of 10$ seemed too big for us.
First you billed and the wife passed to the man your container with the mango already chopped.
The man starts adding sliced apple and pineapple.

Luego que tiene todas las frutas picadas comienza a agregar los sazones.
Le agrega cubito, adobo, salsa negra, limón y vinagre.
A esta mezcla la conocemos en mi país como ''Viagra'', se hace con mango verde o ''pintón'' y se le agregan todos estos sazones que crean un sabor divino.
A mi que me encanta lo ácido este invento me parece lo más delicioso del mundo, cada vez que tengo oportunidad de comerme un viagra, no lo desaprovecho.
Este señor se ha vuelto muy viral en redes por la preparación de sus mangos, ya que agrega a su mezcla Tajín, mamones (fruta venezolana) y creo que chamoy.

He adds cube, adobo, black sauce, lemon and vinegar.
This mixture is known in my country as ''Viagra'', it is made with green mango or ''pintón'' and all these seasonings are added to create a divine flavor.
I love acid, this invention seems to me the most delicious thing in the world, every time I have the opportunity to eat a Viagra, I don't miss it.
This gentleman has become very viral in networks for the preparation of his mangoes, as he adds Tajin, mamones (Venezuelan fruit) and I think chamoy to his mixture.

Al final nos preguntó si queríamos Tajín y la única que dijo que si fui yo.
Al agregar el tajín sella los frascos y los agita para que todos los ingredientes se mezclen.
Yo no pude aguantar las ganas de probar mi mango y lo primero que probé fue la manzana ya que nunca había realizado esta mezcla y la verdad estaba deliciosa.
Aunque no era lo que originalmente estaba buscando, pude probar algo que también me gusta mucho. Espero pronto poder degustar nuevamente un cóctel de mariscos.

At the end she asked us if we wanted Tajín and the only one who said yes was me.

I couldn't wait to try my mango and the first thing I tried was the apple as I had never made this mixture before and it was delicious.
Although it was not what I was originally looking for, I was able to try something that I also like very much. I hope to be able to taste a seafood cocktail again soon.
