Returning to Tintorero after so many years gave me another perspective of the site, because although it is very close to the city, in general the site is visited more by tourists than by locals.
It filled me with emotion to see that there are so many stores open with such a variety of handicrafts, hammocks and endless items ideal for souvenirs. The truth is that I had no intention of buying just to accompany @raangasua who wanted to buy some things for her Chilean friends.
But I stopped a couple of times with things that caught my attention especially for the wood carvings, that in the end I couldn't help but buy a spoon for the kitchen 😂.
It's made of a specific type of material (that I don't remember) but I loved it. Besides being useful, I liked the idea of contributing to the economy of these people who live on what they sell to tourists and despite the fact that we went on a Sunday, the place was quite empty.
Despite this, every place I visited the artisans received us in the best way, always willing to provide the best experience in the place. Another thing I really liked were the hammock finishes, even though I rarely if ever use a hammock, they were beautiful.
The whole tour was super entertaining at one point I wanted to buy everything 😂 if you have the opportunity to visit the state of Lara, put on your list of places Tintorero. I'm sure you'll get beautiful souvenirs and you'll be building the economic dynamics of these people.
Regresar a Tintorero después de tantos años me dió otra perspectiva del sitio, porque a pesar de que queda muy cerca de la ciudad por lo que general el sitio es visitado más que todo por turista que por locales.
Me llenó de emoción ver que hay tantos negocios abiertos con tanta variedad de artesanÃas, hamacas y un sin fin de artÃculos ideales para souvenirs. La verdad no tenÃa intención de comprar solo acampañar a @raangasua que querÃa comprar algunas cosas para sus amigos chilenos.
Pero me detuve un par de veces con cosas que llamaron mi atención sobre todo por los tallados en madera, que al final no pude evitar comprar una cuchara para la cocina 😂
Es de un tipo de material especÃfico (que no recuerdo) pero que me encantó. Además de ser útil, me gustó la idea contribuir con la economÃa de estás personas que viven de lo que venden a los turistas y pese que fuimos un dÃa domingo estaba bastante vacÃo el lugar.
A pesar de ello, cada espacio que visité los artesanos nos recibieron de la mejor manera, siempre dispuestos a brindar la mejor experiencia en el lugar. Otra cosa que me gustó muchÃsimo fueron las acabados de las hamacas, pese a que muy poco por no decir nunca uso hamaca, estaban preciosas.
Todo el recorrido estuvo súper entretenido en un momento querÃa comprar todo 😂 si tienen la oportunidad de visitar el estado Lara, pongan en su lista de lugares Tintorero. Seguro se llevan suvenirs preciosos y estarÃan construyendo a la dinámica económica de estás personas.

Tantos recuerdos me vienen con estas fotografÃas. Que bonito que siga tan surtido y que todo se vea de calidad.
Justo ando con antojos de una de esas hamacas que son como columpios, de esas si me gustarÃa tener en casa, aunque estoy realmente lejos.
