Cómo les comenté en el post anterior, les estaré hablando sobre la dinámica que estuvimos haciendo durante la fiesta de 15 años en la que nos contrataron para brindar un servicio de arte.
Para contarles brevemente a quienes no han leído mis post anteriores, pinté un cuadro que me encargaron para usarlo como actividad dentro de una fiesta de 15 años donde todos los invitados dejarían su huella. Esto lo quedaría de recuerdo a la cumpleañera.
Nosotras habíamos llegado unos 15 minutos antes de la hora de inicio de la fiesta, y los invitados comenzaron a llegar una media hora después.

As I told you in the previous post, I will be telling you about the dynamic we were doing during the 15 years party in which we were hired to provide an art service.
To tell you briefly to those who have not read my previous posts, I painted a picture that I was commissioned to use it as an activity within a 15 years party where all the guests would leave their mark. This would be a souvenir for the birthday girl.
We had arrived about 15 minutes before the starting time of the party, and the guests started arriving about half an hour later.
Al llegar acomodamos todo en una mesita que nos colocaron en la entrada del salón. Colocamos el cuadro sobre su caballete y preparamos el pincel, la pintura, la bandejita donde la colocaríamos y el envase con toallitas húmedas para que las personas se limpiaran luego de dejar su huella.
Estaba súper orgullosa del resultado que logré con mi cuadro y por lo lejos que había llegado. Nada más saliera de casa era un gran logro🥹🫶🏼
When we arrived, we arranged everything on a small table that was placed at the entrance of the room. We placed the painting on its easel and prepared the brush, the paint, the tray where we would place it and the container with wet wipes for people to clean themselves after leaving their mark.
I was very proud of the result I achieved with my painting and how far I had come. As soon as I left the house it was a great achievement🥹🫶🏼
Estuvimos esperando algunos minutos hasta que por fin comenzaron a llegar los invitados. Llegaron un montón juntos y no me dio ni tiempo de grabar o tomarle fotos a ninguno jajaja 😞 Cuando ví el cuarto ya tenía casi 20 huellas. 😂
Y así estuvimos un rato. Llegaba la gente, colocaba su huella y seguían para el salón.
Comenzar a ver el cuadro llenarse me emocionó mucho.
We were waiting for a few minutes until finally the guests started to arrive. They came a bunch together and I didn't even have time to record or take pictures of any of them hahaha 😞 By the time I saw the room I had almost 20 prints. 😂
And so we stayed like that for a while. People would arrive, place their print and continue to the living room.
Starting to see the picture filling up made me very excited.
La vez que Elieska atendió a las personas de la boda, noté que dejar que ellos empaparan su dedo con pintura y luego lo colocarán en el cuadro no era muy funcional, por lo que haciendo pruebas en casa encontré que una forma de optimizar el proceso era pintando uno el dedo de la persona.
Y así fue que hicimos, yo iba recibiendo a los invitados, les indicaba que me dieran su dedo índice y luego lo colocaran en cualquier parte del cielo del cuadro.
Habían unas chicas que tenían unos vestidos hermosos y se los hice saber. Ellas se sintieron halagadas y me agradecieron el comentario. Ya luego bien animadas colocaron su huella.
The time Elieska was greeting the wedding guests, I noticed that letting them soak their finger in paint and then place it on the painting was not very functional, so by testing at home I found that one way to optimize the process was to paint one's own finger.
So that's what we did, I would greet the guests, tell them to give me their index finger and then place it anywhere in the sky of the painting.
There were some girls who had beautiful dresses and I let them know. They were flattered and thanked me for the comment. Then they were very excited to place their fingerprint.
Luego de un rato Elieska me pidió cambiar de lugares para ella ser quien reciba a las personas y los guiara en la dinámica, así podría tomarle fotos para su documentación.
Algunos quedaban sorprendidos porque nunca habían vivido algo así, pero eran bastante abiertos a la actividad.
Durante todo ese tiempo no habían llegado la mamá y la quinceañera y todos estábamos a la espera.
En un próximo post les contaré un poco más de la celebración 😊
After a while Elieska asked me to change places so that she could be the one to receive the people and guide them through the dynamic, so she could take pictures for their documentation.
Some were surprised because they had never experienced anything like this before, but they were quite open to the activity.
During all this time, the mother and the quinceañera had not arrived and we were all waiting for them.
In a future post I will tell you a little more about the celebration 😊.
