Hoy continuamos con lo que fue el evento corporativo que tuvimos los últimos días funcionando como Convinarte.
Las obras ya habían comenzado a cobrar vida con el tono azul rey y así fuimos incorporando poco a poco colores y detalles.
Luego de pintar las olas en el cielo de celeste se comenzaron a pintar los detalles o líneas que estaban en todo el cielo, también las estrellas y algunos pintaron inclusive la estructura negra antes de que les diera la indicación.
Cuando se trabaja con tantas personas es importante dejarlos ser y que cada quien viva su proceso como más se sienta cómodo.

Today we continue with what was the corporate event we had the last few days functioning as Convinarte.
The artwork had already started to come to life with the king blue tone and so we gradually incorporated colors and details.
After painting the waves in the sky in light blue, we began to paint the details or lines that were all over the sky, also the stars and some even painted the structure black before I gave them the indication.
When working with so many people it is important to let them be and let each one live their process as they feel most comfortable.
Atender tantas personas a la vez fue un reto pero no fue algo imposible de hacer. Todo era cuestión de irse adaptando.
Yo iba de puesto en puesto viendo su progreso y aclarando las dudas que pudieran tener.
Habían algunos que preguntaban algo que a lo mejor los demás también tenían esa duda y yo respondía en voz alta para que todos pudieran escuchar las instrucciones.
Attending to so many people at the same time was a challenge but not impossible to do. It was all a matter of adapting.
I went from booth to booth watching their progress and clarifying any doubts they might have.
There were some who asked a question that maybe the others also had that doubt and I would answer out loud so that everyone could hear the instructions.
Muchos de ellos nos llamaban para pedirnos más pintura, entonces nos acercábamos para recoger su paleta, le colocábamos la pintura y luego se lo entregábamos de vuelta.
Había una chica que me daba risa porque ella iba directamente a la mesita donde teníamos la pintura para pedirnos los colores que necesitaba.
Many of them would call us to ask for more paint, so we would go over to pick up their palette, put the paint on it and then hand it back to them.
There was one girl that made me laugh because she would go directly to the little table where we had the paint to ask us for the colors she needed.
Así fueron avanzando todos y algunos incluso fueron terminando con sus obras. En esto mi excompañera iba tomándoles fotos y haciéndole una pequeña entrevista para captar sus impresiones de la experiencia.
En un punto yo les pedí a todos que miraran a cierto punto para poder tomar una foto grupal durante el proceso. Mi excompañera fue quien tomó la principal porque mi teléfono no contaba con buena iluminación y ese día no pude tomar muy buenas fotos.
Ya luego de eso restaba pintar la zona inferior del cuadro. En un próximo y último post de este día les compartiré algunos de los resultados. ♥
And so everyone progressed and some of them even finished their works. During this time my former colleague was taking pictures of them and doing a short interview to capture their impressions of the experience.
At one point I asked everyone to look at a certain point in order to take a group photo during the process. My ex-partner was the one who took the main one because my phone did not have good lighting and I could not take very good pictures that day.
After that it was time to paint the lower part of the painting. In a next and last post of this day I will share with you some of the results. ♥
