Este fin de semana tuve la oportunidad de acompañar a mi hijo mayor en una actividad deportiva que tuvo lugar en una cancha techada ubicada en la ciudad de pampatar, la actividad se trataba básicamente de un encuentro amistoso con otra escuela de kempo karate. Afortunadamente se logró contar con el apoyo de una unidad de transporte que nos permitió trasladar a todos los deportistas y así hacer mucho más fácil la realización de esta actividad deportiva.
A llegar al lugar se evidenció la organización y por supuesto la coordinación de ambas escuelas para lograr que los deportistas se sintieran cómodos y confiados, se inició con un entrenamiento básico para calentar el cuerpo y posteriormente entraron en el tema realmente importante que era el combate amistoso entre ambos equipos. A mí en lo personal me gusta asistir a este tipo de actividades puesto que puedo evidenciar el avance de mi hijo y por supuesto me gusta apoyarlo y motivarlo en las actividades que le gusta.
Adicionalmente me sirvió mucho para alejarme un poco de mi rutina diaria y enfocarme en estas actividades es muy relajante puesto que también puedo tener contacto con las mamás de los compañeros de mi hijo y tener charlas realmente gratificantes. Así que fue una actividad muy productiva para ambos en todos los sentidos.

This weekend I had the opportunity to accompany my oldest son in a sporting activity that took place in a roofed court located in the city of pampatar, the activity was basically a friendly match with another kempo karate school. Fortunately we were able to count with the support of a transportation unit that allowed us to move all the athletes and thus make the realization of this sporting activity much easier.
When we arrived at the place we could see the organization and of course the coordination of both schools to make the athletes feel comfortable and confident, we started with a basic training to warm up the body and then they entered the really important topic which was the friendly fight between both teams. I personally like to attend this type of activities because I can see the progress of my son and of course I like to support and motivate him in the activities he likes.
Additionally, it was very useful for me to get away from my daily routine and focus on these activities is very relaxing since I can also have contact with the mothers of my son's classmates and have really rewarding chats. So it was a very productive activity for both of us in every way.
