Cuando mi sobrina estuvo en casa intentamos hacer de todo con ella para que no se aburriera, claro, también debíamos tener en cuenta nuestro presupuesto porque teníamos que comprarle algunas cosas, por lo que fue un reto.
When my niece was at home we tried to do everything with her so she wouldn't get bored, of course, we also had to keep our budget in mind because we had to buy her some things, so it was a challenge.
| Los niños no son mi fuerte jajajaj, pero hay que darlo todo cuando hacemos algo, y eso lo he tenido más en cuenta a medida que he ido buscando más de Dios, por eso estoy intentando mejorar eso, y dar el 100% en todo lo que haga. Así que me hice un plan, cuando ella estaba en casa le ponía tarea, le compré unos libritos para hacer caligrafía y también para dibujar, de esta manera la mantenía alejada de las pantallas. | Children are not my forte hahahahahah, but you have to give it all when you do something, and I have taken that more into account as I have been looking for more of God, so I'm trying to improve that, and give 100% in everything I do. So I made a plan, when she was at home I gave her homework, I bought her some little books to do calligraphy and also to draw, this way I kept her away from the screens. |
| Y, designé un día para irnos al cine las 3 (mi hermana, ella y yo). Jade eligió la película, compré cotufas y chuchería, compré las entradas desde la web para no perder tiempo al llegar, y si bien a mi no me gustó, no importaba porque a ella le encantó y esa era la idea. Al terminar nos fuimos a un centro comercial cercano para ver las tiendas, que ella se comiera un helado, y bueno, los planes cambiaron un poco porque había un área de juegos y pagamos 30 min para que ella disfrutara y se divirtiera. | And, I designated a day for the 3 of us to go to the movies (my sister, her and me). Jade chose the movie, I bought some cookies and candy, I bought the tickets from the web so I wouldn't waste time getting there, and even though I didn't like it, it didn't matter because she loved it and that was the idea. When we finished we went to a nearby mall to see the stores, she had an ice cream, and well, the plans changed a little because there was a playground and we paid 30 min for her to enjoy and have fun. |
| Nosotras nos tomamos un café mientras esperábamos que terminara, y al hacerlo nos dirigimos a una tienda cercana a comprar algunas cositas para la casa. Se nos fue la hora para el bus, pero gracias a Dios logramos encontrar uno y nos desplazamos a casa luego de haber pasado un día increíble. Es increíble cómo los niños crecen tan rápido, recuerdo cuando la cargaba en brazos y ya tiene 6 años 🥹. Sólo espero compartir con ella todo lo que pueda antes de que el tiempo vuele. | We had a coffee while we waited for it to end, and when it did we headed to a nearby store to buy a few things for the house. We were late for the bus, but thank God we managed to find one and we headed home after having had an amazing day. It's amazing how kids grow up so fast, I remember when I was holding her in my arms and she's already 6 years old 🥹 . I just hope to share as much as I can with her before time flies. |
