There's this Cbeauty brand called Shellwe Makeup and they're giving fairy and mystic vibes. I don't know the history of the name but it is interesting cos it sounds like "Shall we?", but shall we what? xD
Anyway, one of their palettes is called Mist Witch and I wanted to create a look using only that (for the eyes at least lol).
The palette is gorgeous and I found it easy to swatch. Looking at the palette and using colors only from this, it's quite hard for me to imagine what would look 'good'. The mattes are quite vivid so having them next to each other (or blend) can be challenging in a way that it can become overwhelming or clash against each other.
I wanted to use violet as a main color and the rest to be cool colors as well.
I think the magenta under the eyes really elevated the look so it's not just purple. I was able to use 3 lip clays together to match the color of the eyeshadow. :D
I didn't add any eyeliner since I kinda hate removing eyeliners. It's annoying especially when it's used to tightline.
I think it looks nice although I might add black or eyeliner next time cos it feels incomplete. I will post a tutorial soon since I still need to edit the video of it.
I think I'm getting the hang of doing all the process in makeup and making videos. It wasn't easy to adjust in the beginning especially when you're learning everything all at once. :D
