¡Hola amigos de #Lifestyle! El 2023 resultó ser un buen año para mí y mi familia, con más aspectos positivos, que negativos, y eso es digno de celebración para despedir un ciclo que llega a su fin y darle la bienvenida un nuevo año, con nuevas metas y proyecciones por las que hay que luchar.
El 31 de diciembre en Cuba tiene su propio estilo, es una fecha para celebrar en familia, hacer una cena típica de nuestra tierra, que fundamentalmente contiene: arroz congrí, también conocido como arroz moro (arroz con caraotas negras en Venezuela), carne de cerdo asada, yuca con mojo y ensaladas, entre otros. Nos propusimos no romper con esta tradición y preparar nuestra despedida del año.
Aunque estar vivo es digo de celebración, no soy muy amante de los festejos, paso un poco de trabajo para hacer fiestas o participar en ellas, pero si la causa es justa entonces mis motivaciones son más fuertes, por eso este fin de año, junto a mis seres queridos, me propuse celebrar por la vida, la familia, el bienestar, la salud y pedir para que los días próximos vengan cargados de energías positivas.
La primera parte del día nos propusimos descansar, por lo que nos levantamos un poco tarde, sabíamos que para despedir el año hay que estar despierto hasta las 12.00 de la noche, entonces el horario lo tuvimos un poco movido. Entonces aproveché para dedicarle tiempo a #Hive, leer algunas publicaciones y dedicarle feliz año nuevo a los amigos.
Ya teníamos garantizado lo necesario para celebrar nuestro día, unas cervezas, un poquito de dulce casero y los ingredientes de la cena. La primera parte de la tarde estuvo en función de la carne de cerdo asada, algo que disfrutamos hacer, fundamentalmente mi suegro, que es el experto, le gusta hacerlo cada año, para lo que tiene un horno improvisado, que usa en estas fechas y en otras, cuando se le apetece este tipo de plato.
Mientras esperábamos mis suegros, mi pareja y yo porque el asado estuviera listo, nos sentamos un rato a ver la televisión, conversamos sobre aspectos vividos este 2023 que muy pronto nos diría adiós y de alguna forma, nos trazamos metas para este nuevo año, entre ellas, mantenernos unidos, como familia y luchar por nuestros objetivos.
La tarde pasó muy rápido, entre todos preparamos nuestra cena familiar de fin de año, algo modesto y a nuestro estilo, pues las condiciones económicas de Cuba no son muy favorables, de gran ayuda fueron mis aportes a partir de los ingresos obtenidos en la BlockChain de Hive, que ya es parte de mi nueva forma de vida.
Lo más valioso de este día de fin de año fue estar junto a los padres de mi pareja, ya son personas mayores y necesitan de nuestra compañía, se les veía en el rostro la satisfacción de estar todos juntos, celebrando en familia.
¡Ya teníamos listo el recipiente con agua detrás de la puerta! Como cada año, llegada las 12.00 de la noche, lanzamos el balde lleno de agua por el balcón y desde allí, junto a otros vecinos, observamos como se quemó el año 2023, en su representación, a un muñeco hecho de pajas y trapos.
Junto a él se fueron los malos momentos y la mala suerte y se le dio paso a un nuevo año, cargado de energía positiva y propósitos para nuestras vidas.
Mientras el muñeco se quemaba nos deseamos muchas felicidades, salud, prosperidad y bienestar por el año nuevo, también recibimos e hicimos algunas llamadas telefónicas a familiares y amigos para compartir esta alegría con todos.
Hoy 1ro de enero fue un día realmente bellos, con sol, el cielo azul y un clima de invierno agradable. Este fue un excelente comienzo de nuestras vidas en el 2024. Les deseo a todos un año lleno de salud, prosperidad y muchas cosas buenas por vivir.

Hello #Lifestyle friends! 2023 turned out to be a good year for me and my family, with more positives, than negatives, and that is worthy of celebration to say goodbye to a cycle that comes to an end and welcome a new year, with new goals and projections for which we must fight.
December 31 in Cuba has its own style, it is a date to celebrate with the family, make a typical dinner of our land, which basically contains: rice congrí, also known as arroz moro (rice with black beans in Venezuela), roast pork, cassava with mojo and salads, among others. We decided not to break with this tradition and prepare our farewell to the year.
Although being alive is a celebration, I am not a big fan of celebrations, I spend a little work to make parties or participate in them, but if the cause is just then my motivations are stronger, so this year end, along with my loved ones, I decided to celebrate for life, family, welfare, health and pray that the coming days are full of positive energies.
The first part of the day we proposed to rest, so we got up a little late, we knew that to say goodbye to the year we have to stay awake until 12.00 at night, so the schedule was a little busy. Then I took the opportunity to dedicate time to #Hive, read some publications and dedicate happy new year to friends.
We had already guaranteed what we needed to celebrate our day, a few beers, a little homemade jam and the ingredients for dinner. The first part of the evening was based on the roast pork, something we enjoyed doing, mainly my father-in-law, who is the expert, likes to do it every year, for which he has a makeshift oven, which he uses on these dates and others, when he feels like this kind of dish.
While my in-laws, my partner and I waited for the asado to be ready, we sat for a while to watch TV, we talked about the aspects of 2023 that would soon say goodbye to us and somehow, we set goals for this new year, among them, to stay united as a family and fight for our goals.
The evening went by very quickly, we all prepared our family New Year's Eve dinner, something modest and in our style, because the economic conditions in Cuba are not very favorable, my contributions from the income obtained in the Hive BlockChain, which is already part of my new way of life, were a great help.
The most valuable thing of this New Year's Eve day was to be with my partner's parents, they are already elderly and need our company, you could see in their faces the satisfaction of being all together, celebrating as a family.
We already had the water container ready behind the door! As every year, at 12:00 midnight, we threw the bucket full of water over the balcony and from there, together with other neighbors, we watched how the year 2023 was burned, in its representation, a doll made of straws and rags.
With him went the bad times and bad luck and gave way to a new year, full of positive energy and resolutions for our lives.
While the doll was burning we wished each other happiness, health, prosperity and well being for the new year, we also received and made some phone calls to family and friends to share this joy with everyone.
Today January 1st was a really beautiful day, with sunshine, blue sky and nice winter weather. This was an excellent start to our lives in 2024. I wish you all a year full of health, prosperity and many good things to experience.
