Does fasting help with fitness?
All I learn is that the fasting is easiest way to screw metabolism. ?

I haven't heard anything about that yet, in the past I did some water fasting also and it was quite beneficial. I guess the best way to go about things is to have just a healthy routine at a small calory deficit and keep that up for a long time. Easier said than done though.

Let me slowly try an build up to the low cal diet. If I am cutting all in one go my body go bonkers and all kinds of problems trouble me.
