With over a month of promotion on social media, people could sign up to participate through a link on the mall's Instagram page. After filling out the form and confirming their attendance, they could stop by to pick up their wristband on Friday the 7th or Saturday the 8th before gaining access to the event.
It started bright and early. I arrived at 7:20am and ten minutes later it started. There were already a lot of people at that time, as time went on more and more participants were arriving. I'm used to getting up very early, so for me the schedule wasn't a problem.
Everyone was in their sports clothes, waiting for the start of the activities and eager to activate the body and exercise. The event was held on the top floor of the parking lot, on the sky level, in the open air and with the wonderful rays of the sun.
Con más de un mes de promoción en las redes sociales, la gente podía apuntarse para participar a través de un enlace en la página de Instagram del centro comercial. Tras rellenar el formulario y confirmar su asistencia, podían pasar a recoger su pulsera el viernes 7 o el sábado 8 antes de acceder al evento.
Empezó muy temprano. Llegué a las 7:20 de la mañana y diez minutos después empezó. Ya había mucha gente a esa hora, a medida que pasaba el tiempo iban llegando más y más participantes. Estoy acostumbrado a levantarme muy temprano, así que para mí el horario no fue un problema.
Todo el mundo estaba con su ropa deportiva, esperando el comienzo de las actividades y con ganas de activar el cuerpo y hacer ejercicio. El Evento se hizo en lel ultimo piso del estacionamineto, en el nivel cielo, al aire libre y con los maravillosos rayos del sol.

Small stands of the sponsoring brands were set up everywhere. The well-known San Ignacio Pharmacy Network was present, showing different nutritional products and vitamins for those who want to lead a fitness life. They counted with the presence of a doctor who performed preventive checkups for those who wanted to do so.
The Higea laboratory had its stand, where they offered hydration to the public. The Gatorade brand, a couple of Internet and television companies, such as Servitel and DataNet, were also promoting their services. The Weppa App, with which you can buy products in installments, among other companies and brands that sponsored the event.
Por todas partes se instalaron pequeños stands de las marcas patrocinadoras. La conocida Red de Farmacias San Ignacio estuvo presente, mostrando diferentes productos nutricionales y vitaminas para aquellos que quieran llevar una vida fitness. Contaron con la presencia de un médico que realizó chequeos preventivos para quienes quisieran hacerlo.
El laboratorio Higea tuvo su stand, donde ofrecieron hidratación al público. La marca Gatorade, un par de empresas de Internet y televisión, como Servitel y Datanet, también estuvieron promocionando sus servicios. La App Weppa, con la que se pueden comprar productos a plazos, entre otras empresas y marcas que patrocinaron el evento.
The fitness activities included Zumba, Fit Power, Fit Combat, Strong Nation and Free Dance sessions, all taught by certified instructors. Ronald Molina, Anthony Torreles, Edinson Jimeno and Hily Lozano, well-known personalities of the city's fitness community, were in charge of getting the crowd moving, who did not stop at any time, even when the sun got stronger as noon approached.
Prizes and gifts from different brands were handed out and everyone had a great morning of training. Everything was totally free and the public was quite satisfied, the organization was very good.
Las actividades de fitness incluyeron sesiones de Zumba, Fit Power, Fit Combat, Strong Nation y Free Dance, todas impartidas por instructores certificados. Ronald Molina, Anthony Torreles, Edinson Jimeno y Hily Lozano, conocidas personalidades de la comunidad fitness de la ciudad, fueron los encargados de poner en movimiento al público, que no paró en ningún momento, ni siquiera cuando el sol se hizo más fuerte a medida que se acercaba el mediodía.
Se repartieron premios y regalos de diferentes marcas y todos pasaron una gran mañana de entrenamiento. Todo fue totalmente gratuito y el público quedó bastante satisfecho, la organización fue muy buena.
At half past eleven in the morning the event was over, I was already hungry and left. I was able to take some pictures to show you how the event went. I hope they come back soon to do another fitness activity, I like this kind of activities.

A las once y media de la mañana terminó el evento, yo ya tenía hambre y me fui. Pude tomar algunas fotos para mostrarles como fue el evento. Espero que vuelvan pronto a hacer otra actividad de fitness, me gustan este tipo de actividades.

Que gran cantidad de actividades y stands, y que buen festejo para el día de la mujer, aunque hubiera todo tipo de público. No soy mucho de deportes, sólo caminatas, ni de ropa deportiva pero se ve que la gente lo pasó super bien y a todo color. Por más eventos como estos. En lo particular este año no lo celebré, será el que viene quizá.
