Heyy peeps!
In today's post, I'll be talking about the African hairstyle called COCO TWIST, I'll also show y'all the process of making the hair.
So I was supposed to take the day off today, but I got a call earlier today from a customer and she said she wanted to make her hair. At first, I wanted to tell her that I won't be free to make her hair but on second thought, I needed the money she was going to pay so i decided to meet up with her at my aunt's salon and quickly make the hair for her.
Firstly, we got 2 packs of Lush kinky for the hair. Yes, we used lush product, cos it gives a more shiny and bouncy twist.
That's what it looks like in a pack
Now this is what it looks like when it's unpacked
So I divided it into two, so as to make the twist short.
It was kind of a box knotless coco twist...
We were halfway done with the twist
I know some persons might be saying the twists are too big, but that exactly what my client wanted.
We thought of adding some cowrie shells to the twist, to make the hair more beautiful.
A closer shot at what the front looks like
And now the final look!!
I said to myself "joyyyy... You did a good job there".
Ps- To my ladies here, would you like to try this hairstyle? What do you think about the final look?
