Hola mi amigos de hives hoy les vengo a presentar lo que fue un poco la atención a esta paciente, que a pesar de que es un cutis muy joven llego con un problema acneico importante siendo ella tan bonita eso estaba haciendo que se sintiera incomoda, pasa que venia su graduación y sabemos que es un bombadeo de fotos y vídeos entonces debíamos solucionarlo, para la 1 sesión de higenizacion profunda su cambio fue impresionante, llevándose con ella un esquema a seguir de por lo menos 2 sesiones mas en intervalos de 15 días y seguido a eso su plan de indicaciones a seguir en casa!!
la exploración microscópica y manual de la piel arroja un cutis graso deshidratado si como lo ven es un cutis facil de tratar pero también vulnerable a los cambios en cosméticos, siendo un alternativa productos en gel y evitando ciertos tipos de despigmentantes.
Su resultados de higiene fueron óptimos siendo la saphonificacion una alternativa en este esquema.
