What's up fellow Hivers! Good morning from Taiwan! TGIF and it is a good sunny day so, while I am on my way to my workplace I thought of sharing what the morning of a salaryman in Taipei, Taiwan looks like.

I live in a suburban part of Taipei called Yingge District (鶯歌區). My office is located in the center of Taipei, but I chose this place to cut the cost of paying for high rentals in the city. Therefore, I have to ride the train to work every day. This is a usual case for many workers here.
Many people drive their motorcycles to work, but it is too much hassle for me. I am better off standing for an hour in a jam-packed but air-conditioned train.
Arriving at my workplace station, the train station platform is jam-packed of people walking towards the exit the station. They are all workers like me.
My morning in the office starts by brewing my own coffee using the Kopi Luwak that I bought from Vietnam.
And finally, putting my hands on my keyboard, I review the changes I made to my code from yesterday.
Have a great day ahead and good night to the Hive people on the other side of the world!
Oh😮, it's quite a busy day, but the place is very nice. Taipei is one of the places I would love to see.
You are very much welcome to visit Taipei!
it's amazing how people commute like that daily, it seems to tiring. But maybe the good weather makes up for it :D
Yeah it is tiring.. Imagine working the whole day and sometimes overtime, then going home like this after work will suck. It is the cost of having a job in the city. I guess it goes the same way in other countries.
About the weaher, it makes up for it at least for today 😄 Taipei is a rainy place.
