Saludos y bendiciones, mis queridos amigos de @lifestyle, espero que cada uno tenga un maravilloso y productivo día. Por aquí amaneció un día radiante, con un sol hermoso. Y mientras regreso de llevar a mi princesa Ámbar a la escuela, veo en mi galería estas fotos de hace días.
Ambar quería ir para el parque que está en el polideportivo. Al llegar allá, todavía el parque al que ella quería ir, está en remodelación; sin embargo, en las afueras de las instalaciones también hay un pequeño parque y colocaron unas máquinas para hacer ejercicio al aire libre.
Así que después de que Ámbar se paseó un rato en el parque, también estuvimos ejercitándonos en estas máquinas. Hay unas cuantas, siempre hay gente por lo que tenemos que ir esperando que se vayan desocupando para poder utilizarlas.
De verdad que es una buena idea aprovechar estos espacios. Pero entre una ocupación y otra no hemos ido más, aunque nos pusimos de meta por lo menos ir tres o cuatro veces por semana.
Luego, cuando ya terminamos de pasear y ejercitarnos, pasamos por el campo de fútbol. Estas son instalaciones. Estaba bajando y subiendo las escaleras para ejercitarme un poco más y luego también dimos una vuelta entre trotando y caminando por la pista de atletismo.
Ya cuando íbamos saliendo encontramos una venta de estos helados llamados teta y aprovechamos de comprar, uno para cada uno de distintos sabores.
Le llevamos uno a mi princesa Arianna que esta vez no nos acompañó porque se quedó en casa haciendo algunas tareas, así que al llegar se la dimos y estaba contenta porque a ella le encanta que siempre le lleven algo y como el helado era de galleta oreo, todavía más feliz por qué es uno de sus favoritos.

Park and exercise night
Greetings and blessings, my dear @lifestyle friends, I hope everyone has a wonderful and productive day. Around here dawned a radiant day, with beautiful sunshine. And as I'm coming back from taking my princess Amber to school, I see in my gallery these photos from days ago.
Amber wanted to go to the park at the sports center. When we got there, the park she wanted to go to is still being remodeled; however, there is also a small park outside the facilities and they put in some machines for outdoor exercise.
So after Amber walked around the park for a while, we were also exercising on these machines. There are a few of them, there are always people so we have to wait for them to get empty so we can use them.
It is really a good idea to take advantage of these spaces. But between one occupation and another we have not gone more, although we set ourselves the goal of going at least three or four times a week.
Then, when we are done walking and exercising, we go to the soccer field. These are the facilities. I was walking up and down the stairs to work out some more and then we also did a lap between jogging and walking around the athletic track.
On our way out we found a sale of these ice creams called teta and we took the opportunity to buy one for each of us in different flavors.
We took one to my princess Arianna who this time did not accompany us because she stayed at home doing some homework, so when we arrived we gave it to her and she was happy because she loves to always get something and as the ice cream was oreo cookie, even happier because it is one of her favorites.
