I have had a very busy day. Today I got up very early because I went to accompany my son to the Spanish embassy. I had the first shift of the day, my son was so nervous that he barely slept the night before, but as it was his purpose, he was the first to arrive.
While he was inside, I had to wait outside. I took the opportunity to do a bit of sightseeing, as I could not sit still while waiting. I walked aimlessly around this area, which is one of the most beautiful in Havana.

He tenido un día muy ajetreado. Hoy me levante muy temprano porque fui a acompañar a mi hijo a la embajada española. Tenía el primer turno del día, mi hijo estaba tan nervioso que apenas durmió la noche anterior, pero como era su propósito, fue el primero en llegar.
Mientras él estaba dentro, yo tuve que esperar. Aproveché para hacer un poco de turismo, ya que no podía quedarme quieta mientras esperaba. Caminé sin rumbo por esta zona, que es una de las más bonitas de La Habana.
I passed in front of the entrance to the Museum of the Revolution, which has been under construction for some time. I can't wait for it to be finished so I can visit it, as it is one of the most beautiful museums in Havana, with beautiful rooms. I was able to see two emblematic pieces outside, the remains of the Angel sentry box, which are part of the wall that surrounded Havana in colonial times, and the war tank used by Fidel during the battles of the Bay of Pigs invasion.

Estoy deseando que lo terminen para poder visitarlo, ya que es uno de los museos más bonitos de La Habana, con unas salas preciosas. Pude ver en el exterior dos piezas emblemáticas, los restos de la garita del Ángel, que formaba parte de la muralla que rodeaba La Habana en la época colonial, y el tanque de guerra utilizado por Fidel durante las batallas de la invasión de Bahía de Cochinos.
Afterwards, I passed by the Palacio de Bellas Artes, which I have visited on other occasions, but I had never seen the current decoration at the entrance, with many white doves. These small sculptures form a band of doves and look very pretty.

I walked very close to the Sevilla Hotel, one of the tallest buildings in the area, and went through one of the common doorways on those busy streets. All Cubans walk them for entire blocks. They are very unique, with houses, institutions and private and state-run gastronomic centers, all linked by the same corridor of beautiful arches. If you look along the corridor, you see that each section belongs to a different institution, with different lamps, doors and windows, but all united by that common corridor. That's the way it is in all the streets of Havana.
Caminé muy cerca del Hotel Sevilla, uno de los edificios más altos de la zona, y atravesé uno de los portales comunes en esas calles tan transitadas. Todos los cubanos las recorren durante manzanas enteras. Son muy singulares, con casas, instituciones y centros gastronómicos privados y estatales, todos unidos por un mismo pasillo de bellos arcos. Si miras a lo largo del pasillo, ves que cada tramo pertenece a una institución diferente, con lámparas, puertas y ventanas distintas, pero todas unidas por ese pasillo común. Así ocurre en todas las calles de La Habana.

Se la llevamos, era estaba bastante cerca de la calle Línea en el Vedado, cerca de casa.
When I got back, I spent the whole afternoon making the gift boxes for the next day's deliveries. That's always my job. So far, I make all the packaging for our chocolates. La Habana y esa zona que hoy nos muestras es mágica. Es que la Habana nuestra capital es en conjunto muy hermosa. Bellas Artes y sus palomas significan amistad y amor al mundo. Eres muy laboriosa, combinas muchas cosas y no sé cómo lo logras, pero siempre para deleitarnos con hermosas fotos. Bonita semana para ti. 🥰🤗
