Hola a todos, hoy quiero contarles que estoy haciendo pasatias en la alcadia del municipio donde vivo, el Municipio General Manuel Cedeño.
Resulta que yo estudio contaduría publica en la universidad, se llama UNEG, o Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana. Bueno, lo cierto es que ya estoy en un semestre avanzado y me tocó hacer pasantias. Para hacerla todo fue un protocolo, imprimir, sacar copias, que firmaran los profesores y los jefes de la empresa donde iba a realizar dicho trabajo y bueno, hasta que por fin lo logré.
Escogí el lugar de Dirección de Hacienda Municipal donde existen varios departamentos, uno de ellos se encuentra fuera de la sede de la alcaldía pero los otros dos están allí. Esos dos departamentos son: cobranza y licores. Yo estoy por el área de cobranza.
Dicha área es muy interesante. Los contribuyentes que son los que van a pagar tasas, también se le pueden llamar sujeto pasivo. Ellos cuando quieren cancelar algún tipo de tasa, ya sea, catastral, inmuebles, constancia de uso o de habitabilidad solo se le saca la cuenta a base de la tasa del banco central y ellos deben cancelar. Otra cosa que se hace es realizar facturas al momento del pago, revisar los expedientes de cada empresa o emprendedor y verificar que estén al día, si en dado caso tienen mucho tiempo sin estar al día pasamos esos expedientes a los archivos inactivos, que se le dicen en la oficina "archivos muertos".
Al final de cada mes se realiza un cierre, que es tomar cada uno de los pagos, imprimirlos, para luego verificar que el saldo de igual en todos los sistemas, ya sea manual o plataforma.
La hora de entrada es a las 8 de la mañana y la fe salida es a las 2 de la tarde, pero como está haciendo mucho calor estamos saliendo a las 12:30 de la tarde.
Es muy agradable compartir con los demás compañeros que pasó son nuevos para mi y aunque no se asemeja por completo a mi carrera, me parece muy agradable. Aún no termino, son 16 semanas de las que llevo 3 y espero seguir aprendiendo.
