Hola pesonitas de hive, tengo días perdida de la comunidad, pero, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de mi experiencia de formación, empiezo contando que Obu a un grupo de jóvenes universitario nos esta dando la oportunidad de recibir formaciones como lideres estudiantiles.
Obu (Observatorio de Universidades) que es un proyecto de Ladeshu (Laboratorio de desarrollo humano) que se dedica a recopilar y analizar información sobre universidades, este recopila datos sobre diversos aspectos de las universidades, como investigación, calidad de la enseñanza, programas académicos y oportunidades. Por otro lado, Ladeshu es la organización responsable de desarrollar y gestionar el proyecto del OBU. Ladeshu es una entidad que se enfoca en impulsar iniciativas relacionadas con la educación y la investigación. Trabaja en colaboración con diferentes instituciones académicas y organizaciones para promover el acceso a la educación superior y fomentar la excelencia académica.

Hello people of hive, I have been lost from the community for days, but today I want to share with you a little of my training experience, I start by telling you that Obu is giving a group of young university students the opportunity to receive training as student leaders.
Obu (Observatory of Universities) is a project of Ladeshu (Human Development Laboratory) that is dedicated to collecting and analyzing information on universities, which collects data on various aspects of universities, such as research, teaching quality, academic programs and opportunities. On the other hand, Ladeshu is the organization responsible for developing and managing the OBU project. Ladeshu is an entity that focuses on promoting initiatives related to education and research. Unuma por la educación es el nombre del programa que se llevara a cabo en 3 fases, el primer día nuestra formación tenia por nombre "Incidencia, marco referencial y entornos hostiles". Lleva por nombre Unuma gracias al amplio significado de esta palabra, tiene origen el pueblo indígena del amazonas venezolano "Jivi" para ellos significa múltiples cosas como, Armonía, Justicia, Paz, compartir, y sobre todo Sabiduría Ancestral .

Unuma for education is the name of the program that will be carried out in 3 phases, the first day our training was called "Advocacy, referential framework and hostile environments". It is called Unuma thanks to the broad meaning of this word, which originates from the indigenous people of the Venezuelan Amazon "Jivi" for them means many things such as harmony, justice, peace, sharing, and above all Ancestral Wisdom.

Algo que me gusto mucho es que al entrar al aula nos encontramos que en cada puesto había materiales como carpetas y cuadernos para anotar cosas de interés, esto nos impulsa a involucrarnos mas en la actividad y ademas en particular me encanta escribir y apuntar cosas que considero son muy importantes y así no las olvido y puedo utilizar las notas cuando quiera.

Something that I really liked is that when we entered the classroom we found that at each station there were materials such as folders and notebooks to write down things of interest, this encourages us to get more involved in the activity and also I particularly love to write and write down things that I consider very important and so I do not forget them and I can use the notes whenever I want.

No solo estuvimos como espectadores de una formación, sino que existieron diversos momento dirigidos a actividades especificas, en primer lugar las facilitadoras nos estuvieron orientando sobre Incidencia y como esto es una propuesta para generar cambios, de ahí comenzamos a hacer actividades dirigidas a como nosotros como lideres estudiantiles podemos desarrollar estrategias que puedan generar cambio en nuestro entorno, en todo momento estuvo presente el trabajo en equipo y el compartir de ideas, siempre respetando la diversidad de opiniones.
Coincidir con personas que estudian en otras universidades y que ademas estudian otras carreras fue maravilloso, también compartir en hive mis experiencias es algo maravilloso, por eso si llegaste hasta el final gracias por leer mi post, y si tienes dudas deja tu pregunta en los comentarios.

We were not only as spectators of a training, but there were several moments directed to specific activities, first the facilitators were guiding us on Incidence and how this is a proposal to generate changes, from there we began to do activities aimed at how we as student leaders can develop strategies that can generate change in our environment, at all times was present teamwork and sharing of ideas, always respecting the diversity of opinions.
