Hola ¿Cómo están? Hoy me gustaría llevarlos de paseo por un lugar bellísimo que visité en estos días paseando por el casco histórico de mi ciudad, Valencia, Venezuela, se trata de una de las iglesias más antiguas después de la catedral, se trata de la iglesia San Francisco de Asís, en ella se encuentra una reliquia del doctor José Gregorio Hernández, un personaje de suma importancia, de alto valor histórico, cultural y religioso para todo el país pues no solo fue un hombre de ciencia, médico especialista en histología y anatomía patológica que trajo el primer microscopio a Venezuela, pero además era un médico muy caritativo que atendía a todos por igual, sin importar si eran ricos, pobres o clase media, sin embargo a los pobres no les cobraba un centavo y muchas veces hasta se hizo cargo de comprar sus medicinas.

Pero justo afuera instalaron desde hace un tiempo una estatua interactiva del doctor José Gregorio Hernández que ha llamado la atención de todo el mundo no solo por sus detalles tan precisos que realmente recuerdan las facciones del médico, sino porque ocupa parcialmente una banqueta en la cual puedes sentarte junto a él que sostiene un estetoscopio en la mano, y si te acercas lo suficiente pareciera que él está auscultando tu corazón
Whether we are very religious, believers or not, I think it is a precious tribute to such an important person, to honor his life's work and his legacy, he was officially beatified and is expected to be canonized soon by the Catholic Church since many miracles are attributed to him after his death.
Seamos muy religiosos, creyentes o no, creo que es un precioso homenaje para tan importante persona, para honrar su labor en vida y todo su legado, actualmente ya fue beatificado oficialmente y se espera su pronta canonización por parte de la iglesia católica ya que se le adjudican muchos milagros después de su muerte
