Hoy vuelvo nuevamente, para hablarle de mi experiencia y estilo de vida en mi hogar, espero que les guste...
Sin más preámbulos, el título que seleccione en mis post, se llama así:
Un almuerzo Oriental en Familia: Pescado Horneado
Hoy me tocó preparar un rico almuerzo de mi tierra, que aprendí gracias a mi Abuelo Materno Tito, que en Paz Descanse. Que me hace recordar aquellos tiempos de mi niñez, cuando mi abuelito nos preparaba sus platos, ni se diga ese funche que todavía añoro comer y llevarme de pesca en su bote llamado el Gran Tito...
Como todos saben, soy nativa de un Pueblito del Oriente Venezolano, en las costa del mar Caribe, llamado Mariguitar, Municipio Bolívar del Estado Sucre. Es por ello, que desde temprana edad nos desgutamos con los pescados frescos acabado de coger del Mar, de la playa al sartén, es una bondad y dicha de vivir al lado del mar.
Pues hoy, me tocó hacer la receta de mi abuelo Tito, quién era un experto en hacer pescado al honor, definitivamente le quedaban super deliciosos.
Les cuento que mi hermano mayor, llamado Manuel, nos trajo en el mes de diciembre unos pargos cunaro y catalana, que precisamente tenía rato tratando de prepararlo, pero hoy tocó el día de hacerlo realidad.
José mi pareja, no pudo estar en el almuerzo, ya que estaba arreglando la camioneta que tenia una falla desde el inicio de semana. Sin embargo, mi hija menor Valery y yo, disfrutamos este rico Almuerzo con arroz, platano, ensalada y refresco.
Mi hija que no es de mucho comer pescado, se deleitó su pargo muy sabroso, se dio su gusto y chupo los dedos. A mi me tocó la catalana, es uno de los pescado favorito desde niña, luego viene el atún, cataco, lamparosa, cabaña blanca, porque la negra me da alergia, cojinoa, jurel, pargo y no se diga más, casi todo me gustan, solo que uno más que otro, tienen mi preferencia y estilo de comer... Jejeje...
José al llegar, se deleitó de este plato gastronómico, que Le encanta a más no poder y en el cual quedó satisfecho y me halago, por cumplir sus expectativas y me felicito, ya que para él, estaba muy rico, sabroso y rico.
Les confieso que tenía casi un año sin comer un pescado horneado, de que recuerdo del año pasado desde que me mude a mi hogar en Guarenas, no lo he comido, gracias a Dios por hacer realidad este plato tan rico y especial, que me recuerda a mi querido Pueblo, la cual extraño, espero pronto volver...

Today I had to prepare a delicious lunch from my land, which I learned thanks to my maternal grandfather Tito, may he rest in peace. That makes me remember those times of my childhood, when my grandfather used to prepare us his dishes, not to mention that funche that I still long to eat and take me fishing in his boat called the Great Tito...
As you all know, I am a native of a small town in eastern Venezuela, on the coast of the Caribbean Sea, called Mariguitar, Bolivar Municipality of Sucre State. That's why, from an early age, we have been eating fresh fish just caught from the sea, from the beach to the frying pan, it is a goodness and joy to live by the sea.
Today, I had to make the recipe of my grandfather Tito, who was an expert in making fish with honor, they were definitely super delicious.
I tell you that my older brother, named Manuel, brought us in December some cunaro and catalana snapper, which I had been trying to prepare for a while, but today was the day to make it happen.
José, my partner, could not be at the lunch, since he was fixing the truck that had a failure since the beginning of the week. However, my youngest daughter Valery and I enjoyed this delicious lunch with rice, banana, salad and soda.
My daughter, who is not much of a fish eater, enjoyed her very tasty snapper, she indulged herself and sucked her fingers. I had the catalana, it is one of my favorite fish since I was a child, then came the tuna, cataco, lamparosa, cabaña blanca, because the black one makes me allergic, cojinoa, jurel, pargo and I can't say more, I like almost everything, only one more than the other, they have my preference and style of eating.... Hehehehe...
José, upon his arrival, was delighted with this gastronomic dish, which he loves to the max and in which he was satisfied and complimented me for meeting his expectations and congratulated me, because for him, it was very rich, tasty and tasty.
I confess that I had almost a year without eating a baked fish, I remember last year since I moved to my home in Guarenas, I have not eaten it, thank God for making this dish so rich and special, which reminds me of my beloved town, which I miss, I hope to return soon ....
