Estos días en casa tanto el servicio de TV por cable como el servicio de internet han estado bastante deficientes, hemos pasado horas sin señal o con señal intermitente, la tv con canales que no funcionan y pare de contar, toda esta incomodidad me llevo a las instalaciones de la oficina que ofrece el servicio para intentar solventar la situación y hoy les comparto mi experiencia.

The telecommunications service is definitely something very important, so since I moved to my new house I decided to hire a private service hoping that it would be of the best quality because at home we use the internet a lot for work and my daughter entertains herself on her days off with the TV, However, the service has been deficient for several months, many failures in the internet signal as well as with the television channels and also the rates are increasing every month, all this took me to the customer service office where I expected at least to get a positive response to solve the failures of our internet which is the one that affects us the most.

When I arrived I had to wait a short time because there were only 2 people, as expected both had the same complaints as me, so while I was waiting I also listened to the answers of the customer service girl to the other users. To my surprise in this office they have a free wifi service for visitors and it works fast and efficiently, totally the opposite of the service I have at home.

Finally it was my turn, I expressed my discomfort and the reasons why I went to generate a claim precedent, to each thing the girl said she had answers very similar to those she had given to previous customers, the internet and cable tv failures are supposedly due to technical problems that are being solved in the area and we have to wait for them to be solved by the company's personnel, as for the monthly increase of my bill she proceeded to check in her system and it turns out that I had a subscription that I had never made to 2 premium tv channels and this obviously alters the cost of the monthly service fee, I tried to cancel that subscription and casually according to the girl had already generated the bill for the month so I had to wait at least 1 week and again return to the office to cancel those channels and at least be able to resolve with respect to billing and monthly payment.

Although it can not solve anything in the company at least I already know the causes of the inconvenience of the service, I must return in a week to solve at least the billing and collection of the monthly service fee, although the people who attended me were kind they did not manage to solve anything so I advise you if you have similar problems at least in terms of the cost of service to go through these offices and check the contracts that have active, this was my adventure trying to solve this problem and as always it was a pleasure to share my experiences with you! ✨ Thanks for reading me! 😃 See you very soon! 💫
