Hace poco una amiga muy querida que está estudiando en la Academia de Pastelería 'Stella Delpretti' me invitó a una evaluación que consistía en una degustación de postres realizados por los estudiantes, por supuesto fui a apoyar a mi amiga, primero porque la aprecio mucho y segundo porque amo los dulces jeje, fue una experiencia genial y hoy la comparto con todos ustedes! 😁 🍰

Recently a very dear friend who is studying at the Pastry Academy ‘Stella Delpretti’ invited me to an evaluation that consisted of a tasting of desserts made by the students, of course I went to support my friend, first because I appreciate her very much and second because I love sweets hehe, it was a great experience and today I share it with all of you! 😁 🍰

La Academia de Pastelería y Arte 'Stella Delpretti' es una de las más reconocidas en la ciudad de Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, en esta academia forman pasteleros profesionales con titulo de validez internacional, mi amiga Duni está entre sus estudiantes y es una gran pastelera. Este día me invitó a una degustación que se realizaría en las instalaciones del Centro Comercial Hipergalerias así que sin dudarlo me fui a apoyarla y por supuesto a disfrutar de sus postres que son una caricia al paladar!

The Academy of Pastry and Art ‘Stella Delpretti’ is one of the most recognized in the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, in this academy they train professional pastry chefs with international validity title, my friend Duni is among their students and is a great pastry chef. This day she invited me to a tasting to be held in the facilities of the Hipergalerias Shopping Center so without hesitation I went to support her and of course to enjoy her desserts that are a caress to the palate!

Al llegar me encontré con una decoración bellísima, muchísimos postres de diferentes colores, texturas y sabores, pendones de la academia, bandejas decorativas bellísimas, trípticos informativos, realmente todo se veía espectacular. Los estudiantes estaban con sus uniformes de la academia, una filipina blanca muy elegante, acompañada de gorro, pantalón y guantes negros, se veían geniales!

When I arrived I found a beautiful decoration, lots of desserts of different colors, textures and flavors, banners of the academy, beautiful decorative trays, informative brochures, really everything looked spectacular.
The students were wearing their academy uniforms, a very elegant white Filipina, accompanied by a cap, pants and black gloves, they looked great!

Poco a poco se fue llenando el lugar de personas, la degustación inicio con palabras de la directora de la academia, la señora Stella quien es muy dulce y agradeció a las personas su asistencia y aprovecho de informar el inicio de una nueva corte de Pastelería Profesional, seguido felicito a sus estudiantes por el maravilloso montaje y trabajo realizado y finalmente invito al público a probar sus maravillas que eran un sin fin de postres, habían pavlovas, cupcakes, galletas, donas, bombas, pastelillos, croissant, suspiros, tartaletas y pare de contar, absolutamente todo lo que probé estaba increíble 🤩 especialmente los cupcakes rellenos de chocolate de mi amiga Duni que son maravillosos! 🧁

Little by little the place was filling up with people, the tasting began with words from the director of the academy, Mrs. Stella who is very sweet and thanked people for their assistance and took the opportunity to inform the start of a new court of Professional Pastry, followed by congratulating her students for the wonderful assembly and work done and finally invited the public to taste their wonders that were endless desserts, there were pavlovas, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, bombs, cupcakes, croissant, sighs, tartlets and stop counting, absolutely everything I tasted was amazing 🤩 especially the chocolate filled cupcakes of my friend Duni that are wonderful! 🧁

Fue una tarde genia, llena de dulces, alegría y mucha buena vibra, mi amiga Duni estuvo feliz de la acompañara y realmente la pasamos genial, como siempre fue un placer compartir mis experiencias con ustedes! ✨ Gracias por leerme! 😃 Hasta muy pronto! 💫
