Luego de un par de meses de haber llegado a Curitiba fue cuando por fin comenzamos a salir y a conocer la ciudad, pues, desde que llegamos solo nos habíamos dedicado a trabajar y a establecernos, por lo que cuando vimos la oportunidad comenzamos a salir y todas las veces fue en compañía de nuestra amiga Mau que nos llevó a conocer varios lugares de la ciudad.
After a couple of months of arriving in Curitiba, we finally started going out and getting to know the city. Since we arrived, we had only dedicated ourselves to working and settling down, so when we saw the opportunity, we started going out and every time it was in the company of our friend Mau who took us to see several places in the city.
Yo tenia muchas ganas de conocer los centros comerciales porque llegamos a pasar por varios y desde afuera de veían bastante grandes, así que en esa primera salida mi amiga nos llevó a uno de los tantos centros comerciales que existen en esta ciudad, siendo este Shopping Curitiba, el primero de los que hemos conocido hasta ahora.
I really wanted to see the shopping malls because we passed by several and from the outside they looked quite big, so on that first outing my friend took us to one of the many shopping malls that exist in this city, this being Shopping Curitiba, the first one we have visited so far.
Fuimos iniciando la temporada navideña, por lo que nos encontramos con el centro comercial decorado con luces, árboles de navidad y todo tipo de adornos hermosos y enormes. Había incluso una hermosa estación navideña donde se encontraba Santa, pero para ello había una enorme fila para fotografiarse con el.
We were just starting the Christmas season, so we found the mall decorated with lights, Christmas trees and all kinds of beautiful and huge decorations. There was even a beautiful Christmas station where Santa was, but for that there was a huge line to take a photo with him.
Yo quedé inmensamente enamorada de este centro comercial porque me pareció hermoso y bastante grande, nada comparado con los que llegué a visitar en Venezuela, lo que me hizo notar una vez más que es sin duda otro mundo, muy diferente a lo que estaba acostumbrada.
I fell immensely in love with this shopping center because it seemed beautiful and quite large, nothing compared to the ones I visited in Venezuela, which made me realize once again that it is without a doubt another world, very different from what I was used to.
