Nuestro compañero y amigo Asdrúbal estaba de cumpleaños, y como parte de la tradición en nuestra oficina, decidimos organizarle una pequeña sorpresa. Días antes, entre todos coordinamos para comprarle una torta y celebrar su día de una manera especial. Sabíamos que él había pedido permiso para salir temprano y así poder festejar con su familia, pero no queríamos dejar pasar la oportunidad de demostrarle nuestro aprecio y cariño.
Afortunadamente, nuestro jefe nos permitió hacer una breve pausa para compartir con él. Cuando llegó el momento, sacamos la torta, le cantamos cumpleaños y disfrutamos de un rato agradable en equipo. Su sonrisa y la alegría en sus ojos hicieron que todo valiera la pena. Estos pequeños gestos son los que fortalecen los lazos entre compañeros y hacen que el ambiente de trabajo sea más ameno y cercano.
Creo firmemente que celebrar la vida y los logros de quienes nos rodean es algo invaluable. A veces, en la rutina diaria, olvidamos lo importante que es hacer sentir especiales a las personas que forman parte de nuestro día a día. Hello friends of Lifestyle! I hope you are having a great night. Today I want to share with you a very special moment that we experienced at work.
Our colleague and friend Asdrúbal was celebrating his birthday, and as part of our office tradition, we decided to organize a little surprise for him. Days before, we all coordinated to buy him a cake and celebrate his day in a special way. We knew that he had asked for permission to leave early so he could celebrate with his family, but we didn't want to miss the opportunity to show him our appreciation and love.
Fortunately, our boss allowed us to take a short break to share with him. When the time came, we brought out the cake, sang happy birthday to him, and enjoyed a nice time as a team. His smile and the joy in his eyes made it all worth it. These small gestures are what strengthen the bonds between colleagues and make the work environment more pleasant and closer.
I firmly believe that celebrating the life and achievements of those around us is invaluable. Sometimes, in our daily routine, we forget how important it is to make the people who are part of our daily lives feel special.
