Al llegar al trabajo, mi compañera me comentó que comenzaríamos a recibir a dos pasantes y que nuestra responsabilidad sería guiarlas y enseñarles cómo funciona nuestro equipo. Debo admitir que, en ese momento, sentí una mezcla de emoción y nerviosismo. Nunca antes había tenido la oportunidad de entrenar a alguien, así que lo vi como un reto y, al mismo tiempo, una gran oportunidad de crecimiento.
Cuando conocí a las pasantes, me llevé una grata impresión: son dos jóvenes talentosas, llenas de entusiasmo y con muchas ganas de aprender. Desde el primer momento, me concentré en explicarles cada detalle del proceso de trabajo de la mejor manera posible, tratando de transmitirles no solo conocimientos técnicos, sino también la pasión que sentimos por lo que hacemos. Afortunadamente, mi compañera también me apoyó en este proceso, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más enriquecedora.
Al final del día, sentí una gran satisfacción. Las chicas ya comenzaron a familiarizarse con el programa de edición, y verlas dar sus primeros pasos en esta área me hizo darme cuenta de lo gratificante que es compartir conocimientos y ayudar a otros a crecer.

When I arrived at work, my colleague told me that we would start receiving two interns and that our responsibility would be to guide them and teach them how our team works. I must admit that, at that moment, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. I had never had the opportunity to train someone before, so I saw it as a challenge and, at the same time, a great opportunity for growth.
When I met the interns, I was pleasantly surprised: they are two talented young women, full of enthusiasm and eager to learn. From the first moment, I focused on explaining every detail of the work process to them in the best possible way, trying to transmit not only technical knowledge, but also the passion we feel for what we do. Fortunately, my colleague also supported me in this process, which made the experience even more enriching.
At the end of the day, I felt a great sense of satisfaction. The girls have already started to get familiar with the editing program, and seeing them take their first steps in this area made me realize how rewarding it is to share knowledge and help others grow.
