A pleasure to greet you my friend reader, welcome to this sharing of experiences with a lot of marine touch since I am an islander. For me and my family it is part of our daily routine to visit the beach every day. Everyone takes the opportunity to exercise, take beautiful pictures, my husband for example records many videos of the landscape and sends them to the family that is mostly in other countries, this is something that saddens us a little but, that daily contact strengthens the bonds no matter the distance, the time without giving us a hug.
My nuclear family is small, I am a mother of two teenagers but this day my daughter could not join us, however the three of us had a great time together, we took the time to walk along the sand, we noticed some dead fish on the shore of the beach Puerto Abajo, I presume this is due to red tide in deeper waters. When this happens many algae proliferate and these expel substances that are harmful to other species such as fish.
We were able to observe algae in some areas of the sea, this process always occurs seasonally, this aroused our curiosity and was a great reason for conversation. The marine landscape always fills us with wellbeing, as we were walking we joked, sharing these moments is priceless. I love the sea and I really enjoy these environments, I am currently retired as a teacher but I work from home, if I neglect the sedentary lifestyle is present and it is best to avoid it because it does not benefit my health. So I do my best to go out and exercise a little in pleasant company.
As a family we support each other a lot, we try to strengthen communication and take advantage of these moments to talk, then everyone enjoys in their own way because we must respect individual needs as well, always strengthening those beautiful feelings that unite us.

Un gusto saludarle amigo lector, bienvenido a este compartir de vivencias con mucho toque marino dado que soy isleña. Para mi y mi familia forma parte de la cotidianidad visitar todos los días la playa. Cada quien aprovecha para ejercitarse, tomar bonitas fotografías, mi esposo por ejemplo graba muchos videos del paisaje y los envía a la familia que se encuentra la gran mayoría en otros paises, esto es algo que nos entristece un poco pero, ese contacto diario fortalece los lazos no importa la distancia, el tiempo sin darnos un abrazo.
Mi familia nuclear es pequeña, soy madre de dos adolescentes pero este día mi hija no pudo acompañarnos, sin embargo los tres la pasamos muy bien juntos, aprovechamos el tiempo para caminar por la arena, notamos algunos peces muertos en la orilla de la playa Puerto Abajo, esto presumo se deba a marea roja en aguas más profundas. Cuando esto sucede proliferan muchas algas y estas expulsan sustancias que son nocivas para otras especies como los peces.
Pudimos observar en algunas zonas del mar algas, este proceso siempre ocurre por temporadas, esto despertó nuestra curiosidad y fue un gran motivo de conversación. El paisaje marino siempre nos llena de bienestar, a medida que ibamos caminando bromeabamos, compartir estos momentos no tiene precio. Amo el mar y disfruto mucho estos ambientes, actualmente estoy jubilada como docente pero trabajo desde casa, si me descuido el sedentarismo hace presencia y es mejor evitarlo pues no beneficia mi salud. Así que hago lo posible por salir y ejercitarme un poco en grata compañía.
Como familia nos apoyamos mucho, tratamos de fortalecer la comunicación y aprovechar estos momentos para conversar, luego cada quien va disfrutando a su manera debido a que debemos respetar las necesidades individuales también, siempre fortaleciendo esos sentimientos tan bonitos que nos unen.
