Today I share with you Yuli's bakery, the place where this year I bought the cakes to celebrate my daughters' birthdays. I have always liked to make them myself, but this time I decided to buy them ready to save me work and time.
Some time ago I had bought here when they were located in another store and they only sold the cakes without decoration, now they moved to a bigger store located on the main avenue of the Victoria sector and it is also closer to my house which I thought was excellent.
I'm glad to see how this business has grown, they still sell freshly baked cakes, but not only that now they have a great variety of small and medium size decorated cakes, filled and covered with chocolate or arequipe, they also have mini portion of quesillo and tres leches cakes, there are many options to choose from and the prices are affordable, the small cakes of 1/4 of kilo have a cost of 6$, the ones of 1/2 kilo 12$ and the ones of 1 kilo at 24$, this if you have to send them two days in advance, the others are always available at all times.
I bought the 2 cakes covered and filled with arequipe with different toppings, my daughter Daniela likes the chocolate one better but there was not at that time so I did not take it, my daughter Maria had asked me to make her cake with arequipe so I pleased her by taking it, which led me to visit Tortas Yuli again since a few days ago we tried this rich flavor again on the birthday of a niece, the cakes are fresh, soft and fluffy and my daughters were very pleased.

Hoy comparto con ustedes la pastelería Tortas Yuli el lugar en donde este año compré las tortas para celebrar los cumpleaños de mis hijas. Siempre me ha gustado hacerlas yo misma, pero esta vez decidí comprarlas lista para ahorrarme trabajo y tiempo.
Hace algún tiempo había comprado aquí cuando estaban ubicados en otro local y solo vendían los bizcochos sin decoración, ahora se mudaron a un local mas grande ubicado en la avenida principal del sector la Victoria y también queda más cerca de mi casa lo que me pareció excelente.
Me alegro ver como ha crecido este negocio, siguen vendiendo bizcochos recién salidos del horno, pero no solo eso ahora tienen gran variedad de de tortas decoradas grandes pequeñas y medianas, rellenas y cubiertas de chocolate o arequipe, también tiene porción mini de quesillo y tortas tres leches, hay muchas opciones para escoger y los precios son accesibles, las tortas pequeñas de 1/4 de kilo tienen un costó de 6$, las de 1/2 kilo 12$ las de 1 kilo en 24$ esta si hay mandarla hacer con dos días de anticipación, las otras siempre esta disponibles en todo momento.
Las 2 tortas las compre cubiertas y rellenas de arequipe con diferentes toping, a mi hija Daniela le gusta más la de chocolate pero no había en ese momento por eso no la llevé, mi hija María si me había pedido encarecidamente que su torta fuese de arequipe así que la complaci llevándosela, lo que me llevó de nuevo a visitar Tortas Yuli ya que hace unos días probamos este rico sabor nuevamente en el cumpleaños de una sobrina, las tortas son frescas, suaves y esponjosas y mis hijas quedaron muy complicadas.
